The Influence Of Role Playing Technique Group Guidance Services To Improve Students Understanding Of Sexual Harassment At SMAN 16 Surabaya
Pelecehan seksual adalah bentuk perilaku yang mengarah pada hal-hal seksual yang dilakukan secara sepihak dan perilaku tersebut tidak diharapkan oleh korbannya. Banyak faktor penyebab pelecehan seksual salah satunya kurangnya pemahaman dan respon terhadap pelecehan seksual. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman seksualitas yang diberikan, pemahaman pelecehan seksual yang rendah dapat menjadi salah satu faktor perilaku seks bebas serta perilaku seksual yang beresiko pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pelecehan seksual siswa di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-experimental. Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 peserta didik kelas XI-2 yang memiliki tingkat pemahaman pelecehan seksual rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kuesioner dengan jumlah 36 item pernyataan yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistic non parametric yaitu uji wilcoxon melalui SPSS. Dari hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai asymp sign. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai kritik 0.05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pelecehan seksual siswa di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk beberapa pihak.

Sexual harassment is a form of behavior that leads to sexual matters that is carried out unilaterally and this behavior is not expected by the victim. There are many factors that cause sexual harassment, one of which is a lack of understanding and response to sexual harassment. This is due to a lack of understanding of sexuality, low understanding of sexual harassment can be a factor in promiscuous sexual behavior and risky sexual behavior in adolescents. The purpose of this research is to determine the Role Playing technique group guidance services in increasing students understanding of sexual harassment at SMAN 16 Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research methods with a pre- experimental type of research. The research design uses one group pretest- posttest design. The subjects in this research were 8 students in class XI- 2 who had a low level of understanding of sexual harassment. Data collection used a questionnaire with 36 statement items that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is non- parametric statistics, namely the Wilcoxon test via SPSS. From the results of the Wilcoxon test, the asymp sign value is obtained. (2-tailed) is smaller than the critical value of 0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an influence of Role Playing technique group guidance services in increasing students understanding of sexual harassment at SMAN 16 Surabaya. Researchers hope that this research can become a reference for several parties.
