PUSKESMAS PUCANG SEWU SURABAYA

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Puskesmas Pucang Sewu Surabaya sebanyak 45 pegawai, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sensus, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 pegawai. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan alat analisis smart PLS 3.0.
Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction at Pucang Sewu Health Center Surabaya, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Pucang Sewu Health Center Surabaya and to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction at Pucang Sewu Health Center Surabaya The population in this study was 45 employees at the Pucang Sewu Community Health Center, Surabaya. With a sampling technique using census, the total sample was 45 employees. The data used in this research was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The conclusion of this research is that compensation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance
