Pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berbantuan m-learning menjadikan peserta didik terlibat dalam eksplorasi dan penemuan konsep-konsep sains melalui investigasi ilmiah . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan m-learning untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMP yang layak (valid, praktis dan efektif). Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Sasaran penelitian siswa kelas VII SMP Simanjaya Kecamatan Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen validasi dengan jumlah 3 validator, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan jumlah pengamat sebanyak 3 orang pengamat, angket respon peserta didik dan lembar tes literasi sains dengan menggunakan 7 indikator literasi sains Pisa, 2019. Desain uji coba yang digunakan one grup pre-test and postest design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis validitas dan reabilitas, uji statistik Intraclass Correlation Coefficients yang dimaknai sebagai konsistensi jawaban validator, analisis kepraktisan menggunakan lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, analisis keefektifan menggunaka uji wilcoxon karena data terdistribusi tidak normal.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) perangkat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dinyatakan sangat valid dan reliabel dengan uji statistik Intraclass Correlation Coefficients yang dimaknai sebagai konsistensi jawaban validator dalam kategori good agreement, moderate agreement dan excellent agreement. (2) perangkat dinyatakan praktis ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan perkuliahan ≥ 75% dengan kategori positif (3) Perangkat dinyatakan efektif ditinjau dari perolehan N-gain dengan kategori sedang dan tinggi, kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik berdasarkan hasil tes ≥ 75% kategori tinggi, secara statistik non parametrik dengan nilai probabilitas Asymsig failed <0,05 menunjukkan hipotesis diterima, Respon peserta didik menyatakan perangkat pembelajaran kategori sangat baik dengan ≥ 75%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA dalam rangka melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik.

Guided inquiry learning using m-learning assisted learning tools makes students involved in the exploration and discovery of scientific concepts through scientific investigations. The aim of this research is to produce guided inquiry learning tools assisted by m-learning to train junior high school students' scientific literacy skills that are appropriate (valid, practical and effective). This research uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) research model. The research target was for class VII students at Simanjaya Middle School, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency. This research used a validation instrument with 3 validators, a learning implementation observation sheet with 3 observers, a student response questionnaire and a scientific literacy test sheet using 7 scientific literacy indicators Pisa, 2019. The trial design used was one pre-group. test and posttest design. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability analysis, Intraclass Correlation Coefficients statistical tests which are interpreted as consistency of validator answers, practicality analysis using learning implementation sheets, effectiveness analysis using the Wilcoxon test because the data is not normally distributed.
The research results show: (1) the device was declared valid and reliable and was declared very valid and reliable using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients statistical test which is interpreted as the consistency of the validator's answers in the categories of good agreement, moderate agreement and excellent agreement. (2) the device is declared practical in terms of lecture implementation ≥ 75% in the positive category (3) the device is declared effective in terms of N-gain in the medium and high categories, students' scientific literacy abilities based on test results ≥ 75% in the high category, statistically non-parametric with a probability value of Asymsig failed <0.05 indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. Student responses state that the learning tool is in the very good category with ≥ 75%. Based on this, the learning tools developed are suitable for use in science learning in order to train students' scientific literacy skils
