ABSTRAK 

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis evaluasi program proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila serta mengetahui pengaruh program proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terhadap karakter peserta didik di SMP IT Al Uswah Surabaya. Proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila merupakan intrakurikuler dalam kebijakan program dalam kurikulum merdeka, mempunyai tujuan pengembangan karakter utama diproyeksikan dalam pengembangan profil karakter pancasila yang dimuat dalam 6 dimensi, diantaranya : beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, mandiri, bergotong-royong, berkebinekaan global, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Implementasi kebijakan yang mulai berlangsung di berbagai sekolah penggerak di Indonesia menjadi salah satu referensi penting dalam evaluasi program pada lembaga pendidikan. Proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila ini terintegrasi pada kurikulum nasional, kurikulum merdeka terdapat 14.237 Sekolah pada 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2022, jumlah sekolah penggerak di surabaya ada 167 sekolah, salah satu diantaranya berada pada SMP Islam Terpadu (IT) Al Uswah, Surabaya. Tingginya tren perundungan sekolah pada rentang usia remaja dan angka kenakalan remaja di Surabaya tahun 2022 menjadi latar belakang pentingnya evaluasi program khususnya terkait program penguatan karakter dalam P5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan model pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product)  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun 6 responden yang ditetapkan adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah, Koordinator Proyek tema kewirausahaan dan Koordinator Proyek tema berteknologi dan berekayasa untuk membangun NKRI, serta Koordinator Jenjang 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program penguatan profil pelajar pancasila perlu memperhatikan aspek input dan proses yang berfokus pada segi perencanaan strategi, penjadwalan, penilaian proses, penganggaran serta partisipasi aktif warga sekolah khususnya guru dan peserta didik. Dari 3 tema yang terlaksana, tema berteknologi dan berekayasa untuk membangun NKRI menjadi program penyempurnaan yang lebih komprehensif sehingga dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan perbaikan program..

ABSTRACT 

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project program and to determine the effect of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project program on the character of students at SMP IT Al Uswah Surabaya. The project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile is intracurricular in the program policy in the independent curriculum, has the main character development goal projected in the development of the Pancasila character profile contained in 6 dimensions, including: faith, fear of God Almighty and noble character, independent, mutual cooperation, global diversity, critical reasoning, and creative. The implementation of policies that have begun in various driving schools in Indonesia has become one of the important references in program evaluation at educational institutions. This project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is integrated into the national curriculum, the independent curriculum has 14,237 schools in 34 provinces in Indonesia. In 2022, there will be 167 driving schools in Surabaya, one of which is at Al Uswah Integrated Islamic Middle School (IT), Surabaya. The high trend of school bullying in the adolescent age range and the juvenile delinquency rate in Surabaya in 2022 is the background for the importance of program evaluation, especially regarding the character strengthening program in P5. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the CIPP approach model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The 6 respondents identified were the School Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, School Administrative Staff, Project Coordinator on entrepreneurship themes and Project Coordinator on technology and engineering themes to build the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as Level 7 Coordinator. The results showed that evaluation of programs to strengthen Pancasila student profiles needs to pay attention to input and process aspects that focus on strategic planning, scheduling, process assessment, budgeting and the active participation of school members, especially teachers and students. Of the 3 themes implemented, the technology and engineering theme to build the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia became a more comprehensive improvement program so that it could become a reference for developing program improvements.
