Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan dilihat dari aspek persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan fasilitas terhadap treatment sulam alis teknik ombre di BBC hair and beauty studio dan kualitas hasil treatment sulam alis teknik ombre di BBC hair and beauty studio. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala linkert. Hasil analisis diolah menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) atau Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data terhadap aspek persepsi harga didapatkan nilai rata-rata indeks kepuasan pelanggan yaitu 0.81 dengan kategori sangat puas, aspek kualitas pelayanan didapatkan nilai rata-rata indeks kepuasan pelanggan yaitu 0.82 dengan kategori sangat puas, aspek fasilitas didapatkan nilai rata-rata indeks kepuasan pelanggan yaitu 0.78 dengan kategori puas. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan treatment sulam alis teknik ombre yang paling tinggi yaitu aspek kepuasan pelayanan. Kualitas hasil didapatkan nilai rata-rata 0.85 dengan kategori sangat puas, jadi kualitas hasil treatment sulam alis sesuai dengan ekspetasi pelanggan.
The aim of this research is to determine customer satisfaction in terms of price perception, service quality and facilities regarding the ombre technique eyebrow embroidery treatment at the BBC hair and beauty studio and the quality of the results of the ombre technique eyebrow embroidery treatment at the BBC hair and beauty studio. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires which were measured using the Linkert scale. The analysis results are processed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Based on the results of data processing on the price perception aspect, the average value of the customer satisfaction index was obtained, namely 0.81 in the very satisfied category, for the service quality aspect, the average value of the customer satisfaction index was obtained, namely 0.82 in the very satisfied category, for the facilities aspect, the average value of the customer satisfaction index was obtained, namely 0.78 in the satisfied category. The highest level of customer satisfaction with the ombre technique eyebrow embroidery treatment is the service satisfaction aspect. The quality of the results obtained an average value of 0.85 in the very satisfied category, so the quality of the results of the eyebrow embroidery treatment is in line with customer expectations.
