Blended Learning merupakan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran tatap muka (face-to-face) dan online sehingga siswa dapat belajar dimana saja dan kapan saja. Blended Learning ini dilakukan sebagai upaya realisasi terhadap era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan suatu perangkat Blended Learning berbasis Schoology pada Materi Bryophyta untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada siswa kelas X MIPA semester II di SMA Ta’miriyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, meliputi tahap pengembangan dan tahap penerapan. Metode pengembangan pada penelitian inilah adalah model 4D, yakni tahap define, design, develop dan disseminate. Pada tahap pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis Schoology pada materi Bryophyta dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap kedua, yakni tahap penerapan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi RPP, LKPD, Media Schoology dan tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif dinyatakan sangat valid dengan masing-masing perolehan skor 3,86; 3,82; 3,85; dan 3,5 dengan reliabilitas sebesar 86%; keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran (tatap muka dan online) telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik dengan perolehan rata-rata sebesar 97,2%; Aktivitas siswa tergolong aktif dengan persentase keaktifan sebesar 96%; respon siswa yang menunjukkan respon positif terhadap perangkat pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis Schoology yang dapat dicapai siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan perolehan persentase rata-rata sebesar 96%; dan nilai tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mencapai kenaikan dari sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran dengan skor N-gain 0,71 yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi, serta dapat mencapai ketuntasan seluruh indikator pembelajaran sebesar 96%. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis Schoology pada materi Bryophyta dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas X.

Blended Learning is learning that integrates face-to-face learning and online so students can learn anywhere and anytime. Blended Learning is carried out as an effort to realize the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study aims to produce a Schoology-based Blended Learning tool on Bryophyta Material to train creative thinking skills in the second semester X MIPA students in Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya. This research was carried out in two stages, including the development and the application phase. The method of development in this research is the 4D model, namely the stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. At the development stage of the Schoology-based Blended Learning tools on Bryophyta material and continued with the second stage, namely the stage of implementing the learning device using the one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the research data were obtained as follows: the results of the validation of the learning tools which include RPP, LKPD, Schoology Media and creative thinking skills tests were stated to be very valid with each score of 3.86; 3.82; 3.85; and 3.5 with a reliability of 86%; the implementation of learning activities (face-to-face and online) have been carried out very well with an average acquisition of 97.2%; Student activities are classified as active with a percentage of activity of 96%; student responses that show positive responses to Schoology-based Blended Learning devices that can be achieved by students after participating in learning with an average percentage acquisition of 96%; and the creative thinking skills test scores of students who achieved an increase from before and after learning with an N-gain score of 0.71 which is classified in the high category, and can achieve completeness of all learning indicators by 96%. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the Schoology-based Blended Learning tools on Bryophyta material is declared valid, practical and effective so that it is appropriate to be used in learning to train the creative thinking skills student of Grade X.
