MATCH EVALUATION OF TEENAGE WOMEN'S SINGLES OF BADMINTON IN THE 2022 EAST JAVA KAPOLDA CUP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase teknik pukulan yang berhasil menghasilkan point dan gagal menghasilkan point juga rata-rata waktu rally time dan rest time yang digunakan pada atlet tunggal remaja putri pada kejuaraan Piala Kapolda Jawa Timur tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu Persentase teknik pukulan yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi menghasilkan point yaitu dari smash 20% dan dropshot 18%. Persentase teknik pukulan yang memiliki tingkat kegagalan tertinggi untuk menghasilkan point yaitu dari netting 19% dan dropshot & overhead lob 18%. Untuk rata-rata waktu rally time 8,88 detik sedangkan rata-rata waktu rest time 13,38 detik.

This study aims to determine the percentage of punching techniques that successfully produce points and fail to produce points, as well as the average rally time and rest time used by young women's singles athletes at the East Java Police Chief Cup championship in 2022. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The results obtained from this study are the percentage of punch techniques that have the highest success rate of producing points, namely from 20% smash and 18% drop shot. The percentage of punch techniques that have the highest failure rate in producing points is 19% for netting and 18% for drop shot & overhead lob. The average rally time is 8.88 seconds while the average rest time is 13.38 seconds.
