The Effects of Self Efficacy and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance Through Work Motivation
PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya adalah perusahaan dengan kantor di Jl. Merak No. 1, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan bisnis utama PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya adalah produksi gula. Bidang bisnis lainnya termasuk produksi alkohol dan tetes tebu yang dimetilasi dan produksi karung goni dari serat kenaff dan karung plastik, perusahaan juga menyediakan layanan medis dari Rumah Sakit Umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan sumber daya manusia, umum, hukum dan aset PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya, dan mengumpulkan 33 kuesioner responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. (2) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan. (4) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Motivasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh self efficacy pada kinerja karyawan dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya is a company with offices on Jl. Peacock No. 1, Kota Surabaya, East Java. The main business activities of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya is a sugar production. Other business areas including the production of alcohol and methylated cane drops and the production of gunny sacks from kenaff fibers and plastic sacks, the company also provides medical services from the General Hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of self efficacy and perceived organizational support on performance through motivation. The sample used in this study was 35 employees of human resources, general, legal and assets of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya, and collected 33 respondents' questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SEM Partial Least Square with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: (1) self efficacy does not significantly influence motivation. (2) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Perceived organizational support influences employee motivation and performance positively and significantly. (4) Motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. (5) Motivation is not able to mediate the effect of self efficacy on employee performance and perceived organizational support of employee performance.
