Abstrak

Pada penelitian ini metode Backpropagation Neural Network (BP-NN) telah dimodelkan untuk meningkatkan kesensitifan relay differensial terhadap gangguan. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena BP-NN menawarkan penyelesaian masalah dalam menentukan pengenalan pola. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan pola dengan model yang sederhana dalam menggambarkan pola hubungan antara arus differensial dengan arus restrain tersebut  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode BP-NN, didapatkan error sebesar 0,000420 dengan nilai arus primer yang dihasilkan adalah 0,07523 A dan arus sekunder adalah 0,07509 A dengan parameter horizontal adalah waktu (mS) serta parameter vertical adalah arus rating dari CT. Arus differensial adalah 0,6966 pu dengan slope 1 yaitu 0,1 pu dan slope 2 yaitu 0,8 pu maka relay differensial tidak mengeluarkan trip ke PMT. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan  metode BP-NN didapatkan hasil yang lebih efektif untuk mengurangi potensi kesalahan kerja pada relay differensial.

Abstract

In this research the Backpropagation Neural Network (BP-NN) methode has been modeled to increase The sevsitivity of differential relays to interference. This is possible  because BP-NN offers problem solving in determining pattern recognition. This method can be used for pattern recognition with a simple model in describing the pattern of the relationship between differential currents and the restrain current. The result BP-NN method , an error of 0,000420 was obtained with the primary current value being 0,07523 A and the secondary current is 0,07509 A with the horizontal parameter is time (mS)  and the vertical parameter is the rating current from CT. Differential currents are 0,6966  pu with slope 1 is 0,1 pu and slope 2 is 0,8 pu then differential relays do not issue trip to PMT. Then it can be concluded that by using the BP-NN method results are obtained more effectively to reduce the potential for work errors on differential relays.
