Telah dilakukan penelitian pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKPD ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Subjek uji coba sebanyak 12 orang kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 12 Surabaya. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-P yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap pengembangan. Kelayakan LKPD dari hasil validitas yang ditinjau dari validitas isi memperoleh sebesar 84,67% dan validitas konstruk memperoleh sebesar 87,99% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Kepraktisan LKPD yang ditinjau dari observasi aktivitas peserta didik memperoleh sebesar 78% dengan interpretasi baik dan respon setelah menggunakan LKPD memperoleh respon positif tinggi sebesar 93,89% kriteria sangat praktis. Keefektifan LKPD yang ditinjau dari pretest dan posttest literasi sains dinyatakan efektif mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,86 kriteria tinggi.

Research has been conducted on developing student worksheets to increase scientific literacy skills. This study aims to determine the feasibility of student worksheets in terms of aspects validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The test subjects were twelve students in class XI IPA 1 of SMAN 12 Surabaya. The procedure of this research used 4-D which consisted of four stages that is define, design, develop and disseminate. This study is limited to the stage of development. The feasibility of student worksheets from the results of the validity reviewed from the content validity obtained a percentage 84,67% and construct validity obtained a percentage 87,99% with very valid criteria. The practicality of student worksheet that was reviewed from the observation of student activities obtained a percentage of 78% with good interpretations and response of students after using student worksheet obtained a high positive response of 93.89% with very practical criteria. The effectiveness of the student worksheets reviewed from the pretest and posttest of scientific literacy was declared effective for increasing scientific literacy skills with an N-gain average of 0.86 high criteria.
