PENGELOLAAN INTERVENSI DINI ANAK DISABILITAS AUTIS (Studi Multi Situs di Akasa Center Surabaya dan Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro)
EARLY INTERVENTION MANAGEMENT OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM DISABILITIES (Multi-Site Study at Akasa Center Surabaya and Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro)
Pengelolaan intervensi dini anak disabilitas autis menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kemampuan anak disabilitas autis untuk beradaptasi dan berkembang. Pengelolaan yang efektif memerlukan kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak, seperti tenaga medis, terapis, dan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, penting mengelola intervensi dini untuk kemajuan anak disabilitas autis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan intervensi dini anak disabilitas autis di Akasa Center Surabaya dan Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro. Fokus kajian meliputi empat aspek yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi multi situs dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui kondensasi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sementara pengecekan data menggunakan triangulasi.
Berdasarkan temuan data, Akasa Center Surabaya dan Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro telah menerapkan pengelolaan intervensi dini anak disabilitas autis sesuai prosedur dan terstruktur. Aspek pengelolaan intervensi dini tersebut meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian, yang meliputi: (1) Perencanaan berdasarkan asesmen individu dan kebutuhan anak disabilitas autis. (2) Pengorganisasian mencakup pembagian peran yang jelas antara kepala lembaga, terapis, dan orang tua. (3) Pelaksanaan intervensi yang disesuaikan dengan pendekatan masing-masing lembaga, di mana Akasa Center Surabaya menekankan pendekatan pedagogik dan jadwal teratur, sedangkan Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro mengkombinasikan terapi konvensional dan alternatif dengan pendekatan lebih fleksibel yang melibatkan orang tua. (4) Pengendalian dilakukan secara rutin melalui laporan, observasi, dan komunikasi dengan orang tua untuk memantau perkembangan anak.
Pengelolaan intervensi dini ini memberi implikasi positif pada lembaga, terapis, orang tua, dan anak. Lembaga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terapis memudahkan asesmen dan evaluasi, orang tua lebih terlibat dalam proses, dan anak menerima stimulasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya
Pengelolaan intervensi dini di kedua lembaga menunjukkan komitmen untuk memberikan layanan yang terstruktur, berorientasi pada kebutuhan anak disabilitas autis, dan melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam pelaksanaannya. Meski terdapat perbedaan dalam pendekatan dan intensitas kerja sama eksternal, kedua lembaga telah menunjukkan upaya nyata dalam mendukung perkembangan optimal anak disabilitas autis melalui pengelolaan yang adaptif dan kolaboratif.

The management of early intervention for children with autism is key to enhancing their ability to adapt and develop. Effective management requires collaboration among various parties, such as medical professionals, therapists, and families. Therefore, it is crucial to manage early interventions for the progress of children with autism.
This study aims to analyze and describe the management of early intervention for children with autism at Akasa Center Surabaya and Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro. The focus of the study includes four aspects: planning, organizing, implementation, and control. This research is a multi-site study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validation is performed using triangulation.
Based on data findings, Akasa Center Surabaya and Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro have implemented early intervention management for children with autism according to procedures and in a structured manner. Aspects of early intervention management include planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, which include: (1) Planning based on individual assessments and the needs of children with autism. (2) Organization includes a clear division of roles between the head of the institution, therapists, and parents. (3) Implementation of interventions tailored to the approach of each institution, where Akasa Center Surabaya emphasizes a pedagogical approach and regular schedules, while Eta Niti Sokhas Bojonegoro combines conventional and alternative therapies with a more flexible approach that involves parents. (4) Control is carried out routinely through reports, observations, and communication with parents to monitor the child's development.
This early intervention management has positive implications for institutions, therapists, parents, and children. Institutions can improve the quality of services, therapists facilitate assessment and evaluation, parents are more involved in the process, and children receive stimulation tailored to their needs.
The early intervention management at both institutions demonstrates a commitment to providing structured services, oriented to the needs of children with autism, and involving various parties in its implementation. Despite differences in approach and intensity of external collaboration, both institutions have demonstrated concrete efforts to support the optimal development of children with autism through adaptive and collaborative management.
