Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh penerapan modul Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang terintegrasi employability skills (meliputi komunikasi, kerja sama, pemecahan masalah, manajemen waktu, dan K3) pada pembelajaran Elektrikal Kendaraan Ringan. Dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Sidoarjo, penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode Quasi-Experimental dengan subjek 65 siswa kelas XI TKR yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling.
Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, membuktikan bahwa modul ini secara signifikan lebih efektif meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Efektivitas ini diperkuat oleh angket respon siswa yang mencapai 82,24% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik", menandakan bahwa pembelajaran ini relevan dan membantu kesiapan kerja siswa.

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) module integrated with employability skills (covering communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and OHS) in the Light Vehicle Electrical Systems subject. Conducted at SMKN 1 Sidoarjo, this quantitative study employed a Quasi-Experimental method involving 65 Grade XI Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) students selected via purposive sampling.
The Mann-Whitney test results indicated a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05, proving that this module was significantly more effective in improving student skills compared to the control class. This effectiveness is reinforced by student response questionnaires, which achieved a score of 82.24% in the "Very Good" category, indicating that the learning process is relevant and supports student work readiness.
