Abstract
A student’s physical activity
profoundly decreased at the same level as their education, where impactful on
the decrease in a student’s physical fitness. One of the activities to increase
physical students is by joining sports
extracurricular. However, the level of physical fitness
of students who joined sports extracurricular at each level of their education is still
unaccounted for. This research focuses on the level of students physical
fitness who joined sports extracurricular at each level of education, from
primary to higher education, namely: SD, SMP, and SMA. The method of this
research used systematic literature
review by database Google Scholar,
Science and Technology Index (SINTA),
Neliti, Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), and ScienceDirect, international and national journals by the span of
the last ten years of access and used RCAC in PICO method. This
research showed that sports extracurricular give a significant impact and
effective in physical fitness development, especially on cardiorespiratory and
there was increasing number of physical fitness in a students who joined sports
extracurricular in the level of primary to higher educations, namely; SD, SMP,
and SMA. In conclusion, sports extracurricular, significantly impactful and
effective to develop physical fitness, especially on cardiorespiratory,
however, in the level of physical fitness on a student who join sports
extracurricular in primary to higher educations, namely; SD, SMP, and SMA
experiencinga student who join sports
extracurricular in primary to higher educations, namely; SD, SMP, and SMA
experiencing a decrease physical fitness.
