PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN STRES AKADEMIK TERHADAP PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING SISWA TAHFIDZ SMP UNGGULAN PONDOK PESANTREN AL-FURQON DRIYOREJO GRESIK
THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL SUPPORT AND ACADEMIC STRESS ON THE PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF TAHFIDZ STUDENT AT JUNIOR ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL AL-FURQON DRIYOREJO GRESIK
Siswa tahfidz merupakan individu yang mengeyam pendidikan pada sekolah berbasis pondok pesantren dimana didalamnya selain terdapat program pelajaran formal biasa dan agama juga terdapat program pondok pesantren sehingga, siswa tahfidz rentan mengalami stres akademik dikarenakan padatnya tuntutan tugas sekolah dan pondok yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya tingkat psychological well-being nya. Dalam Upaya menjadikan psychological well-being siswa meningkat menjadi lebih baik, beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya: dukungan sosial dan stres akademik. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dukungan sosial dan stres akademik terhadap psychological well-being siswa tahfidz SMP Unggulan Al-Furqon Driyorejo Gresik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan data berbentuk angka pada analisis statistik dengan desain penelitian ex-post facto yang mana variabel-variabel bebasnya tidak dimanipulasi atau tidak diberi perlakuan (penelitian non-experimental). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan sosial dan stres akademik dengan psychological well-being siswa tahfidz SMP Unggulan Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqon Driyorejo Gresik dengan nilai sebesar 9%. Sedangkan untuk 91% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang diteliti, seperti: faktor demografis (usia, status sosial dan budaya, jenis kelamin), locus of control, evaluasi pengalaman hidup, kepribadian, religiusitas, dan genetik.

In an effort to improve the psychological well-being of students influenced by several factors, among others: social support and academic stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support and academic stress on the psychological well-being of tahfidz students at Unggulan Al-Furqon Driyorejo Gresik Middle School.
This study uses a quantitative research method, namely research that uses data in the form of numbers in statistical analysis with an ex-post facto research design where the independent variables are not manipulated or given no treatment (non-experimental research). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between social support and academic stress on the psychological well-being of tahfidz students at Unggulan Al-Furqon Driyorejo Gresik Middle School with a value of 9%. While 91% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied, such as: demographic factors (age, socio-cultural status, gender), locus of control, evaluation of life experience, personality, religiosity, and genetics.
