Evaluation of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Plumpang Village, SukodadiSub-District, Lamongan Regency
Program Keluarga Harapan adalah program pemberianbantuan sosial bersyarat kepada keluarga atau seseorangmiskin dan rentan yang terdaftar dalam data terpadu program penanganan fakir miskin, diolah oleh Pusat Data dan Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial dan ditetapkan sebagaikeluarga penerima manfaat PKH.
Tujuan penelitian ini unturk mernganalisis hasil ErvalurasiPerlaksanaan Program Kerlurarga Harapan Di DersaPlurmpang Kercamatan Surkodadi Kaburpatern Lamongan. Penelitian ini mengunakan teori Evaluasi oleh William N.Dunn yaitu Efektifivitas, Efesiensi, Kecukupan, Kesamaan, Responsivitas dan Ketepatan. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber daripenelitian ini adalah Koordinator PKH Kabupaten Lamongan, Kepala Desa Plumpang, Pendamping PKH Desa Plumpang, penerima manfaat PKH dan bukan penerima manfaat PKH. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sumber Data Sekunder adalah peraturan, buku pedoman, arsip, website dan literature lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalahpurposive sampling . Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalahEfektivitas, pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan sudahcukup efektif namun masih terdapat miskoordinasi antarapendamping dan kepala desa; Efisien, pelaksanaan program sudah sesuai dengan Keputusan Direktur Jaminan Sosial: Kecukupan, dalam pelaksanaan terkait pada kecukupantergantung pada kebutuhan setiap individu; Kesamaan, pelaksanaan program masih belum sepenuhnya merata dalampemilihan penerima manfaat; Responsivitas, perlu adanyaperubahan data agar tepat sasaran penerimaan; Ketepatan, ketepatan sosialisasi dan RTSM sudah tepat namu dalampemilihan penerima manfaat masih belum tepat.

The Family Hope Program is a program of providing conditional social assistance to poor and vulnerable families or individuals who are registered in the integrated data of the poor handling program, processed by the Social Welfare Data and Information Center and designated as PKH beneficiary families.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the results of the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Plumpang Village, Sukodadi Sub-district, Lamongan Regency. This research uses Evaluation theory by William N.Dunn namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Sufficiency, Equality, Responsiveness and Accuracy. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The resource persons of this research are PKH Coordinator of LamonganRegency, Head of Plumpang Village, PKH Facilitator of Plumpang Village, PKH beneficiaries and non-PKH beneficiaries. The primary data sources of this research are interviews, documentation and observations. Secondary data sources are regulations, manuals, archives, websites and other literature. The data collection technique of this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data analysis. and drawing conclusions.
The results obtained in this study are Effectiveness, the implementation of the Family Hope Program is quite effective but there is still miscoordination between the facilitator and the village head; Efficient, the implementation of the program is in accordance with the Decree of the Director of Social Security:Adequacy, in the implementation related to adequacy depends on the needs of each individual; Equality, the implementation of the program is still not fully equitable in the selection of beneficiaries; Responsiveness, there needs to be a change in data so that the right target is received; Accuracy: the accuracy of socialization and RTSM is correct but the selection of beneficiaries is still not correct.
