Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan integrasi dapodik dalam sistem penerimaan murid baru terhadap efisiensi proses verifikasi dan akurasi data dalam seleksi penerimaan murid baru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Masalah yang umum terjadi dalam praktik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan murid baru secara manual yaitu lambatnya proses pengecekan dokumen serta tingginya kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan input, yang berdampak pada ketidaktepatan data murid baru. Oleh karena itu, penggabungan Dapodik dan Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi praktis untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif evaluatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi goal-oriented (berbasis tujuan). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google forms kepada 60 responden secara purposive sampling dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan Satuan Pendidikan SMP Negeri yang telah melakukan pemutakhiran Dapodik dan SPMB online yang terdiri dari operator dapodik, operator/panitia SPMB sekolah dan dinas pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Dapodik dalam Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Pada aspek kecepatan verifikasi, sistem terintegrasi mampu mempercepat seluruh rangkaian proses verifikasi, ditunjukkan oleh kelancaran input, efisiensi validasi, ketepatan jadwal pelaksanaan, serta minimnya hambatan teknis seperti downtime dan gangguan akses. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan percepatan verifikasi telah tercapai secara optimal, yang tercermin dari nilai goal oriented dengan skor rata-rata (mean) 3,44 pada kategori sangat tinggi, persentase pencapaian tinggi sebesar 85,94%, serta nilai gap yang berada pada kategori tercapai dengan selisih positif sebesar 0,18. Pada aspek akurasi data, integrasi Dapodik terbukti efektif dalam memastikan validitas identitas peserta didik, ketepatan domisili, serta kelengkapan dokumen pendukung. Minimnya koreksi data serta tingginya kesesuaian antara data sistem dan dokumen asli menegaskan bahwa tujuan peningkatan akurasi data telah terpenuhi yang tercermin dari nilai goal oriented dengan skor rata-rata (mean) 3,32 pada kategori sangat tinggi, persentase pencapaian tinggi sebesar 82,96%, serta nilai gap yang berada pada kategori tercapai dengan selisih positif sebesar 0,06. Berdasarkan pendekatan goal oriented, keberhasilan memenuhi kedua tujuan utama tersebut menunjukkan bahwa implementasi integrasi Dapodik dalam SPMB berjalan efektif dan selaras dengan tujuan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Dapodik integration in the new student admission system on the efficiency of the verification process and data accuracy in the selection of new student admissions at Public Junior High Schools in Bojonegoro Regency. Common problems in practice in Bojonegoro Regency in the implementation of manual new student admissions are the slow process of checking documents and the high possibility of input errors, which impact the inaccuracy of new student data. Therefore, the integration of Dapodik and the New Student Admissions System is expected to be a practical solution to overcome these obstacles. This study uses a quantitative descriptive evaluative approach with a goal-oriented evaluation research type. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires using Google Forms to 60 respondents through purposive sampling from the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office and Public Junior High School Education Units that have updated Dapodik and SPMB online, consisting of Dapodik operators, school SPMB operators/committees, and the education office. The research results show that the integration of Dapodik into the New Student Admissions System (SPMB) at public junior high schools in Bojonegoro Regency has achieved its stated objectives. In terms of verification speed, the integrated system is able to expedite the entire verification process, demonstrated by smooth input, validation efficiency, accurate implementation schedules, and minimal technical obstacles such as downtime and access disruptions. This condition indicates that the goal of accelerating verification has been achieved optimally, as reflected in the goal-oriented value with an average score (mean) of 3.44 in the very high category, a high achievement percentage of 85.94%, and a gap value in the achieved category with a positive difference of 0.18. In terms of data accuracy, Dapodik integration has proven effective in ensuring the validity of student identity, domicile accuracy, and completeness of supporting documents. The minimal data correction and the high conformity between system data and original documents confirm that the goal of increasing data accuracy has been met, as reflected in the goal-oriented value with an average score (mean) of 3.32 in the very high category, a high achievement percentage of 82.96%, and a gap value in the achieved category with a positive difference of 0.06. Based on the goal-oriented approach, the success in meeting these two main objectives indicates that the implementation of Dapodik integration in SPMB is running effectively and in line with the established policy objectives.
