In introducing
local culture to local cultural wisdom material in theme 5 subtheme 2 learning
3 for grade V elementary school students, the importance of delivering material
that is easy to understand, well captured, for that reason the selection of the
animation video learning media "Rendang Agung (Reog Kendang Tulungagung).
Because it is undeniable that animated video learning media can ease students'
difficulties during learning activities. Animated video learning media has
various uses in helping students understand and explain lessons directed to
teaching and learning activities. There are still many students of SDN 1
Panggungrejo grade V Elementary School who do not understand the local wisdom
of their own village or about the art culture in Tulungagung City. Therefore,
to increase their insight and knowledge related to local cultural wisdom, the
learning media was tested on the school's students. The research uses the ADDIE
development model starting from material analysis, teachers and students as well
as media analysis, determining software, designing animation video media,
developing animation videos and then validating media experts, material experts
and determining the validity of the animation videos used and then testing them
to students. The data uses primary data and secondary data. Questionnaire,
documentation, pretest and posttest data collection techniques for a number of
students as many as 22 students in grade V of SDN 1 Panggungrejo. The results
of the study show that the validity level of animated video media is considered
very feasible to use with a feasibility percentage of 88% and the effectiveness
of animated video media is considered effective enough to increase student
learning outcomes with an effectiveness percentage of 50%.
