MANAJEMEN RISIKO MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRADC (Studi Kasus Proyek SII Office Building)
RISK MANAGEMENT USING THE HIRADC METHOD (Case Study of the SII Office Building Project)
Proyek pembangunan gedung menjadi salah satu pembangunan yang sangat pesat saat ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat dalam menunjang berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari. PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya sedang membangun proyek gedung pada lahan seluas ±5.994 m² berjumlah 7 lantai yang akan difungsikan sebagai gedung perkantoran (SII Office Building). Proses konstruksi yang cukup lama tentunya dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam risiko. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis risiko yang terjadi pada proyek dan memberikan usulan pengendalian risiko berdasarkan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif kuantitatif berupa kuesioner penilaian terhadap hasil perkalian kemungkinan (likelihood) dengan konsekuensi (severity). Hasil yang didapatkan terdapat 51 indikator risiko dengan tingkat extreme risk (E) sebanyak sebanyak 2 indikator risiko (4%), indikator risiko dengan tingkat high risk (H) sebanyak 7 indikator risiko (14%), indikator risiko dengan tingkat moderate risk (M) sebanyak 38 indikator risiko (74%), dan indikator risiko dengan tingkat low risk (L) sebanyak 4 indikator risiko (8%). Kemudian hasil tersebut dilakukan pengendalian berdasarkan hierarki dasar pengendalian didapatkan rekayasa teknik, administratif, dan alat pelindung diri (APD).

The building construction project is one of the most rapid developments currently to meet the basic needs of the community in supporting various daily activities. PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya is building a building project on an area of ±5,994 m² totaling 7 floors which will function as an office building (SII Office Building). A long construction process can certainly cause various kinds of risks. The aim of this research is to determine the types of risks that occur on projects and provide risk control proposals based on the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. This research was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of a questionnaire assessing the results of multiplying the likelihood (likelihood) and the consequences (severity). The results obtained were 51 risk indicators with an extreme risk (E) level of 2 risk indicators (4%), risk indicators with a high risk (H) level of 7 risk indicators (14%), risk indicators with a moderate risk level (M ) as many as 38 risk indicators (74%), and risk indicators with a low risk level (L) as many as 4 risk indicators (8%). Then the results are controlled based on the basic hierarchy of control obtained by engineering, administration and personal protective equipment (PPE).
