Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang layak ditinjau dari aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektifitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development). Proses uji coba produk dilakukan pada 27 siswa kelas VII-G SMP dengan desain penelitian one gruop pretest-posttest design. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode telaah, angket, observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data berdasarkan hasil telaah, validasi, kepratisan, dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian validitas lembar kerja peserta didik dikatakan valid ditunjukkan pada nilai modus syarat dikdatif, syarat kontruksi dan syarat teknis yaitu sebesar 3 dengan kriteria layak digunakan. Kepraktisan lembar kerja peserta didik ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan persentase modus sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan respon siswa sebesar 84,63% dengan kategori sangat baik. Keefektifan lembar kerja peserta didik ditinjau dari peningkatan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan diperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,67 dengan kategori sedang. Aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh melalui analisis N-gain indikator memberikan penjelasan sederhana memperoleh skor N-Gain sebesar 0,47 dengan kategori sedang; indikator membangun keterampilan dasar memperoleh skor N-Gain sebesar 0,73 dengan kategori tinggi; indikator menyimpulkan memperoleh skor N-Gain sebesar 0,82 dengan kategori tinggi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lembar kerja peserta didik untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa telah layak berdasarkan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.

This study aims to produce students worksheetss to train students critical thinking skills that are feasible in terms of some aspects like validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The type of the research used is R & D (Research and Development). The product testing process was carried out on 27 VII-G junior high school students with one group pretest-posttest design research design. Data collection technique using some the methods like review method, questionnaire, observation and test. Data analysis techniques are based on the results of study, validation, transparency, and effectiveness. The results of the research on the validity of students worksheets are valid ndicated by a mode value dedactive requirements, construction requirements, and technical requirements is 3 with worthy criteria of use. The practicality of students worksheets in terms of the overall implementation of learning percentage mode is 100% with very good criteria, and student responses are 84.63% with very good categories. The effectiveness of student worksheets in terms of increasing aspects for learning outcomes of knowledge obtained by the average of N-Gain is 0.67 with the medium category. Then, then aspects of students critical thinking skills obtained through N-gain analysis indicators provide a simple explanation obtaining an N-Gain score by 0.47 with a moderate category; indicators build the basic skills to obtain an N-Gain score by 0.73 in the high category; The indicator concludes that the N-Gain score is 0.82 with a high category, it can be concluded that the students worksheetss to train students critical thinking skills are feasible based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
