Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan membangun rekomendasi tentang keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan., dengan strategi implementasi keterampilan konseptual, manusiawi, dan teknik kepala SDN Sedatigede 2 dan SDN Sidokare IV Sidoarjo, melalui Pendekatan Kualitatif menggunakan studi multi situs. Pengumpulan data melaui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Keterampilan konseptual: kepala sekolah mampu membuat konsep ide-ide inovatif, langkah strategis, diawali menganalisis SWOT dengan tim pengembang dengan adaya program Morning Breafing juga program kesadaran guru dan siswa bersedia memungut sampah bagi yang terlambat datang ke sekolah, kemudian menyusun RKS dan RKAS yang diantaranya untuk kegiatan membangun karakter peningkatan keimanan, nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan literasi numerasi yang merupakan target kurikulum merdeka, Menyusun visi misi, tujuan sekolah dan mengembangkan sekolah;(2) Keterampilan manusiawi kepala sekolah dengan pandai memotivasi para guru, menciptakan situasi harmonis, mampu memahami perasaan, sikap dan bekerjasama, mengembangkan dan mengapresiasi warga sekolah yang berprestasi. Kepala Sekolah dapat berkomunikasi secara jelas efektif dan efisien dan dilibatkan dalam rapat pengembangan sekolah, mengirim para guru mengikuti pelatihan, mengadakan rapat di tiap semester sekaligus mengevaluasi kinerja guru; dan mampu kooperatif mendengarkan masukan terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan sekolah; (3) Keterampilan Teknik kepala sekolah menerapkan supervisi setahun dua kali kepada guru di kelas, jika cara pengajaran guru tidak sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan, maka didiskusikan dengan tim pengembang, maka guru dibantu oleh tim program pengajaran yang sesuai; sekolah membuat program kegiatan pengajaran dengan menghubungkan kurikulum serta waktu, fasilitas, personel yang ada. Kepala sekolah mensupervisi guru melihat kondisi kemudian menentukan tindak lanjut, juga mengelola program evaluasi siswa; Kepala sekolah mewajibkan guru membuat APE terbuat dari daur ulang dan mendampingi guru dalam perbaikan pengajaran Guru berkolaborasi dengan teman sejawat dan diikutkan pelatihan juga workshop.

This study aims to describe, analyze and build recommendations regarding the managerial skills of school principals in improving the quality of education, with the strategy component of implementing school principal skills, ranging from conceptual, human and technical skills at SDN Sedatigede 2 and SDN Sidokare IV Sidoarjo, using type of qualitative approach to multi-site study research design. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of research related to the managerial skills of school principals in improving the quality of education at SDN Sedatigede 2 and SDN Sidokare IV Sidoarjo show that: (1) Conceptual skills: The school principal is able to create concepts, innovative ideas, strategic steps, beginning with SWOT analysis with the Development Team. Compile RKS and RKAS, Revise the vision andmission if necessary, the Principal develops the school; (2) Human Skills: Principals are good at motivating teachers, creating harmonious situations, able to understand feelings, attitudes and work together, developing and appreciating school members who excel. The principal communicates clearly, effectively and efficiently with school members, involves school members in school development meetings, sends teachers to attend training, holds meetings with teachers every semester, as well as evaluates teacher performance; and be able to create cooperative relationships, have listening skills in carrying out school activities involving students, teachers and parents, the principal always involves the community in school development meetings; (3) Technical Skills: The school principal regularly supervises the teacher twice in class, if the teacher's teaching method is not in accordance with what has been set, then it is discussed with the development team, then the teacher is assisted by the team to make an appropriate teaching program; the school makes a program for implementing teaching activities by linking the curriculum with existing time, facilities, personnel. The school principal supervises the teacher to see the conditions and then determines follow-up, also manages the student evaluation program; The school principal requires teachers to make APE made from recycled materials. The school principal assists teachers in improving teacher teaching in collaboration with colleagues, training and workshops are also included.
