Pada wanita atau pria yang sedang memasuki masa produktif tentunya akan mendapat banyak tantangan hidup, mulai dari lifestyle, body image, karier, quarter life crisis, pendidikan yang nantinya dapat mengakibatkan stress, gangguan kecemasan, depresi, pola makan tidak teratur dan tidak memperhatikan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi. Dengan adanya yoga ataupun gym mungkin keluhan mengenai kesehatan mental dan kebiasaan makan dapat teratasi dengan baik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesehatan mental dan regulasi diri kebiasaan makan pada member yoga dan gym. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yaitu 49 orang perempuan dan laki-laki usia 20-30 tahun yang menjadi member yoga dan gym dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Self Reporting Questionnaire 29 dan Self-Regulation of Eating Behavior Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental pada kelompok yoga pada kategori “cemas dan depresi” (4%), “penggunaan zat psikoaktif/narkoba” (0%), “gejala gangguan psikotik” (0%), “gejala gangguan PTSD” (4%). Sedangkan hasil kesehatan mental kelompok gym dengan kategori “cemas dan depresi” (23%), “penggunaan zat psikoaktif/narkoba” (0%), “gejala gangguan psikotik” (46%), dan “gejala gangguan PTSD” (35%). Sedangkan hasil regulasi diri kebiasaan makan kelompok yoga memiliki persentase sebesar 83% pada kategori “niat diet sehat” dan pada kategori “tingkat keterampilan pengaturan diri makan” rendah (4%), sedang (65%), dan tinggi (31%). Sedangkan pada hasil regulasi diri kebiasaan makan kelompok gym memiliki persentase sebesar 81% pada kategori “niat diet sehat” dan pada kategori “tingkat keterampilan pengaturan diri makan” rendah (8%), sedang (58%), dan tinggi (34%). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah kesehatan mental usia 20-30 tahun pada member yoga termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan pada member gym sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil regulasi diri kebiasaan makan member yoga dan gym sebagian besar masuk pada kategori sedang.

The purpose of this study was to determine mental health and self-regulation of eating habits among yoga and gym members. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample is 49 women and men aged 20-30 years who were members of yoga and gym with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses the Self Reporting Questionnaire 29 questionnaire and the Self-Regulation of Eating Behavior Questionnaire. The results showed that mental health in the yoga group was in the categories of "anxiety and depression" (4%), "use of psychoactive substances/drugs" (0%), "symptoms of psychotic disorders" (0%), "symptoms of PTSD disorders" (4 %). While the mental health results of the gym group were in the categories of "anxiety and depression" (23%), "use of psychoactive substances/drugs" (0%), "symptoms of psychotic disorders" (46%), and "symptoms of PTSD disorders" (35%). Meanwhile, the results of self-regulation of eating habits in the yoga group had a percentage of 83% in the "healthy diet intention" category and in the "eating self-regulation skill level" category, low (4%), medium (65%), and high (31%). Meanwhile, the results of self-regulation of eating habits in the gym group had a percentage of 81% in the "healthy diet intention" category and in the "eating self-regulation skill level" category, low (8%), medium (58%), and high (34%). The conclusion in this study is that the mental health of 20–30-year-old yoga members is included in the very good category and most of the gym members are included in the good category. The results of self-regulation of eating habits of yoga and gym members were mostly in the moderate category.
