EFEKTIVITAS BUKU FABEL MENGGUNAKAN KONSEP AUDIO MOVABLE BOOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOSA KATA PESERTA DIDIK DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL RINGAN
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FABLE BOOKS USING THE CONCEPT OF AUDIO MOVABLE BOOKS TO INCREASE VOCABULARY OF LEARNERS WITH MILD INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hambatan yang dialami peserta didik disabilitas intelektual ringan, pada aspek penguasaan kosa kata yang rendah. Media pembelajaran buku fabel menggunakan konsep audio movable book digunakan untuk meningkatkan kosa kata peserta didik disabilitas intelektual ringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis efektifitas penggunaan buku fabel menggunakan konsep audio movable book dalam peningkatan kosa kata peserta didik disabilitas intelektual ringan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-experiment dan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 6 peserta didik disabilitas intelektual ringan dengan 2 peserta didik jenjang SDLB, 1 peserta didik SMPLB, 3 peserta didik SMALB yang mempunyai karakteristik telah lancar dalam berbicara tetapi memiliki kosa kata yang rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes serta teknik analisis data statistik non parametrik dengan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan rumus Wilcoxon Match Pair Test dengan pengujian dua sisi menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dan hipotesis (H0) ditolak. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon Match Pair Test memperoleh nilai 2,2 lebih besar daripada nilai kritis 5% yaitu 1,96. Sedangkan hasil Uji menggunakan SPSS V 25.0 nilai Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,028 lebih kecil dari α = 5% yang berarti buku fabel menggunakan konsep audio movable book efektif untuk meningkatkan kosa kata peserta didik disabilitas intelektual ringan.

This research is motivated by the difficulties experienced by students with mild intellectual disabilities, specifically in their low vocabulary mastery. A learning media in the form of a fable book using the concept of an audio movable book was utilized to enhance the vocabulary of students with mild intellectual disabilities. The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of using a fable book with the concept of an audio movable book in improving the vocabulary of students with mild intellectual disabilities. This research method adopts a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental type and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consists of 6 students with mild intellectual disabilities, comprising 2 students from SDLB level, 1 student from SMPLB level, and 3 students from SMALB level, who exhibit fluent speech but have low vocabulary. Data collection techniques employed include tests, and non-parametric statistical data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the research results using the Wilcoxon Match Pair Test formula with two-sided testing, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and null hypothesis (H0) are rejected. The Wilcoxon Match Pair Test yields a value of 2.2, which is greater than the critical value of 1.96 at 5% significance level. Additionally, the test using SPSS V 25.0 yields Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.028, which is smaller than α = 5%, indicating that the fable book media with the concept of an audio movable book is effective in improving the vocabulary of students with mild intellectual disabilities.
