Analisis Problematika Guru dan OrangTua Anak Usia Dini Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Di TK Batik Sidoarjo
The Problems of Early Childhood Teachers and Parents in Online Learning at Sidoarjo Batik Kindergarten
Wabah virus corona menyebabkan perubahan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang semula dilakukan pembelajaran tatap muka berubah signifikan menjadi pembelajaran daring Terutama Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.Orangtua memiliki peranan penting untuk mendampingi anak belajar terutama anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Problematika Guru dan Orang Tua Anak Usia Dini dalam Pembelajaran Daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatifdengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi pada 3 guru dan 3 Orangtua anak usia dini yang bersekolah di TK Batik Jalan Kwadengan Barat No 68 A, Lemnahputro, Kecamatan Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Problematika Guru di TK batik sidoarjo diantaranya kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi, keterbatasan media, jaringan internet yang lemah, keterbatasan waktu mengajar pembelajaran daring berlangsung, peserta didik mudah bosan hi selama pembelajaran daring. kurangnya fokus belajar peserta didik, kesulitan mengkondisi peserta didik dan kurangnya sosialisasi antara guru dan peserta didik dengan teman. Sedangkan Problematika orangtua di TK Batik yaitu kesulitan membagi waktu antara pekerjaan dengan mendampingi anak selama pembelajaran daring, adanya sinyal dan internet yang lemah, kurangnya fokus belajar anak, anak mudah bosan selama pembelajaran daring. sarana dan prasarana yang tidak mendukung seperti kuota internet dan minimnya keahlian mengajar anak selama pembelajaran daring.

The corona virus outbreak has caused changes in teaching and learning activities. Teaching and learning activities that were originally carried out face-to-face learning have changed significantly into online learning, especially Early Childhood Education. Parents have an important role to play in assisting children in learning, especially early childhood. This study aims to analyze the problems of early childhood teachers and parents in online learning. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study research. The technique of collecting data was through observation, interviews, and documentation to 3 teachers and 3 parents of early childhood students who attended TK Batik Jalan Kwadengan Barat No. 68 A, Lemnahputro, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the teacher problems at TK Batik Sidoarjo include the teacher's lack of understanding in the use of applications, limited media, weak internet network, limited time to teach online learning, students get bored easily during online learning. lack of focus on student learning, difficulty conditioning students and lack of socialization between teachers and students with friends. While the problems of parents in Batik Kindergarten are the difficulty of dividing time between work and accompanying children during online learning, weak signals and internet, lack of focus on children's learning, children get bored easily during online learning. facilities and infrastructure that do not support such as internet quotas and the lack of expertise in teaching children during online learning.
