Seorang pimpinan di dalam perusahaan melaksanakan beberapa fungsi manajemen yaitu merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, mengontrol, dan memimpin sesuai dengan kewenangan yang dimiliki dan ruang lingkup tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sample size 66 orang karyawan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Bangkalan. Teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dimensi komitmen organisasi, (2) komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, dan komitmen normatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) dimensi komitmen organisasi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.
A leader in the company carries out several management functions, namely planning, organizing, controlling, and leading in accordance with the authority they have and the scope of their responsibilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 66 employees of PT. Pegadaian Syariah Bangkalan Branch. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS3 software. The results revealed that (1) transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the dimensions of organizational commitment, (2) affective commitment, ongoing commitment and normative commitment had no effect on employee performance, (3) the dimensions of organizational commitment was unable to mediate the relationship of leadership style influence transformational to employee performance.
