The Effect of Remuneration, Non-Financial Compensation, and Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty at PLTMH in Tepal Village
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji, gaji non finansial, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Kecamatan Tepal Batulanteh. Penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner, dan mengambil sampel dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari data lama. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan checklist presentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis merek regresi linier, koefisien determinasi (r2) dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian telah menemukan bahwa gaji berpengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas karyawan di desa Tepal kabupaten Batulanteh, gaji non finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan di desa Tepal kecamatan Batulanteh, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai PLTMH desa tepal di batulanteh. Bagian dari gaji, kompensasi non finansial dan gaya kepemimpinan telah berdampak positif pada loyalitas karyawan di PLTMH desa tepal di batulanteh.
The purpose of this study is to know the impact of salaries, non financial salaries, and leadership style on employee loyalty in the Tepal Batulanteh district. The study began with a data collection through a questionnaire's survey, and took samples from an entire population of 42 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The type of data used in thiis study is qualitatiive data. Data sources came from old data. Data gathering techniques using interviews and presentation checklist. The analysis techniques used are linear regression brand analysis, coefficient determinatiions (r2) and hypothetical testing. Research has found that salaries have a negative effect on emplloyee loyalty in the Tepal village Batulanteh district, non financial salariies have a positive effect on emplloyee loyalty in the Batulanteh district Tepal village, and the leadership style has a negative effect on emplloye loyalty. This has had a positiive effect on the loyalty of employees of the PLTMH village tepal in batulanteh. Part of the salary, non financial compensation and leadership style have had a positive impact on emplloyee loyalty in the PLTMH village tepal in batulanteh.
