PENGARUH PROGRAM LATIHAN DIQISS TERHADAP KAPASITAS AEROBIK ATLET RENANG KU II DI KLUB TIRTA MERU LUMAJANG
THE INFLUENCE OF THE DIQISS TRAINING PROGRAM ON THE AEROBIC CAPACITY OF KU II SWIMMING ATHLETES AT THE TIRTA MERU CLUB LUMAJANG
Penerapan program latihan secara khusus sangat dibutuhkan pada atlet renang KU II dalam konteks pengembangan kapasitas aerobik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh dari program latihan diqiss yang diberikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas aerobik atlet renang KU II di klub Tirta Meru Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 atlet renang KU II klub Tirta Meru Lumajang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes Cooper berenang 12 menit gaya bebas. Uji Paired Sample T-test menghasilkan terdapat perbedaan antara nilai pretest dan posttest yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05. Peningkatan VO2Max dari hasil pretest sebesar 1,20 ml/kg/menit dan hasil posttest sebesar 4,20 ml/kg/menit dengan selisih peningkatan VO2Max sebesar 3,04 ml/kg/menit. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan program latihan diqiss secara khusus berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet renang KU II di klub Tirta Meru Lumajang.

The implementation of a specific training program is very much needed for KU II swimmers in the context of developing aerobic capacity. This study aims to determine the results of the influence of the diqiss training program given to increasing the aerobic capacity of KU II swimmers at the Tirta Meru Lumajang club. This study uses an experimental method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study consisted of 6 KU II swimmers at the Tirta Meru Lumajang club. Data analysis used the Paired Sample T-test with a significance level of 0.05. This study used the Cooper test instrument for 12-minute freestyle swimming. The Paired Sample T-test resulted in a difference between the pretest and posttest values as indicated by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The increase in VO2Max from the pretest results was 1.20 ml/kg/minute and the posttest results were 4.20 ml/kg/minute with a difference in the increase in VO2Max of 3.04 ml/kg/minute. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Diqiss training program specifically has a positive effect on increasing aerobic capacity in KU II swimming athletes at the Tirta Meru Lumajang club.
