Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Papar Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, terdapat tiga variabel yaitu kompetensi Profesional Guru (X₁), motivasi belajar (X₂) dan Hasil belajar (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Papar Kediri sebanyak 560 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 234 siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan bentuk kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert dan dokumentasi. Uji persyaratan analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda karena penelitian ini menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel independen, analisis Uji T untuk menjawab hipotesis satu dan dua serta Uji F untuk menjawab hipotesis ketiga. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada uji T variabel kompetensi profesional guru secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel hasil belajar sebesar 0,002, serta variabel motivasi belajar secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 0,002. pada uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung sebesar 9,921. Nilai signifikan variabel kompetensi Profesional guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikan ini lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yaitu 0,05 dengan demikian H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima, artinya kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Papar Kediri. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil  belajar yaitu sebesar 7,9 %.

Abstract: This study aims to study the teacher's professional competence on student learning outcomes in the State Middle School in Papar Kediri District. This study uses quantitative, there are three variables, namely Professional Teacher competency (X1), learning motivation (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The population in this study were Grade VIII students of State Junior High Schools in Papar Kediri Subdistrict with 560 students with a sample of 234 students. This research method uses quantitative research with a type of research with a causal form. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires using a Likert scale and documentation. Test requirements for research data analysis using normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis because this study uses two or more independent variables, analysis of the T Test to answer hypotheses one and two with Test F to answer the third hypothesis. Data analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis on the T test the teacher's professional competency variable toward the learning outcome variable is 0.002, and the learning motivation variable is partially towards the professional teacher competency variable of 0.002. in the F test shows the calculated F value of 9.921. The significant value of the professional teacher competency variable and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes obtained is 0,000. This significant value is smaller than the alpha value that is 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and accepted H1, teacher's professional competence and motivation to learn together oppose the learning outcomes of students of the State Middle School in Papar Kediri District. Meanwhile, the importance of professional teacher motivation and learning motivation towards learning outcomes is 7.9%.
