Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Mind Mapping Berbasis Quantum Learning terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Persuasi Siswa Kelas VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik

Effect of the Us Mind Mapping Model Based on Quantum Learning with Grade VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresiks Persuasion Text Writing Skills

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model mind mapping berbasis quantum learning terhadap keterampilan menulis teks persuasi siswa kelas VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik dan respons siswa terhadap penggunaan model mind mapping berbasis quantum learning terhadap keterampilan menulis teks persuasi siswa kelas VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan true eksperimental design berupa pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik. Sampel dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik random sampling. Ditentukan VIII C sebagai kelas kontrol dan VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa yang sama yaitu 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen sebelum diberi perlakuan 78,72 meningkat menjadi 90,31. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji-T. Hasil Uji-T diperoleh nilai t = 5,41 dan t_o = 2,00. Berdasar pada aturan t = 5,41 > t_o = 2,00, maka  H_a diterima dan H_o ditolak. Berdasar pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model mind mapping berbasis quantum learning terhadap keterampilan menulis teks persuasi siswa kelas VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik berupa peningkatan nilai. Siswa merespons sangat baik adanya penggunaan model mind mapping berbasis quantum learning pada materi keterampilan menulis teks persuasi. Siswa menjadi lebih tertarik, antusias dan senang dengan adanya penggunaan model mind mapping berbasis quantum learning yang diterapkan pada materi keterampilan menulis teks persuasi. Siswa juga merasa lebih mudah menuangkan ide, menimbulkan minat dalam keterampilan menulis, dan membantu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mereka.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mind mapping model based on quantum learning to VIII grade students of MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik’s perstuation text writing skills and VIII grade students of MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik’s responses to the use of mind mapping models based on quantum learning to the persuasion writing skills. This study method is quantitative descriptive using true experimental design in the form of pretest and posttest control group design. The population of this study is all students of grade VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik. The sample were selected using a random sampling technique. VIII C class was determined as the control class and VIII A class as the experimental class with the same number of students, 29 students. Data is collected using test and questionnaires. The average value of the experimental class students before being treated is 78.72 increased to 90.31. hypothesis testing is done by T-test. T-Test results obtained value of t = 5.41 and t_o = 2,00. Based on the rule of t = 5.41 > t_o = 2.00, therefore H_a accepted and H_o rejected. Based on the result of the study that has been done, it can be concluded that there is impact of the use of mind mapping models based on quantum learning to the persuation text writing skills of students grade VIII MTs. Masyhudiyah Giri Kebomas Gresik in the form of increased value. Students respond very well to the use of mind mapping model based quantum learning on persuasion text writing skills material. Students become more interested, emthusiastic and pleased with the use of this model. Students also find it easier to express their ideas, generate interest in writing skills and help improve their writing skills.
