Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis, mengetahui, dan mendiskripsikan; 1) perencanaan program sistem kredit semester; 2) implementasi program sistem kredit semester; dan 3) evaluasi program sistem kredit semester. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi nonpartisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan membercheck; uji transferabilitas; uji dependabilitas; dan konfirmabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif melalui kondensasi, data display, penggambaran dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Perencanaan program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) terhadap kesiapan keterlaksanaan program SKS yang direalisasikan dalam bentuk Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). (2) Implementasi program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) mengacu pada Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Program SKS di SMA yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMA yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi sekolah. (3) Evaluasi program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) dilaksanakan oleh evaluator internal, dan evaluator eksternal terhadap kurikulum, pengelola, dan hasil belajar.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze, to know, and to describe; (1) planning of semester credit system program; (2) implementation of semester credit system program; and (3) evaluation of semester credit system program. This study was conducted using qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques was done by semi-structured interview, non-participant observation, and document study. The validity of data was checked by the credibility test using the triangulation and membercheck; transferability; dependability; and confirmability. Data analysis used descriptive analysis through condensation, data display, interpretation and verification of the conclusion. The result showed that; (1) Planning of the Semester Credit System (SKS) program has been effective and efficient by using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis on the readiness for implementation of the SKS program in the form of Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). (2) Implementation of the Semester Credit System (SKS) program to the Guidelines for the Implementation of SKS Programs in High Schools issued by the Directorate of High School Development (Direktorat PSMA) which is tailored to the needs and potential of the school. (3) Evaluation of the Semester Credit System (SKS) program is carried out internal evaluators, and external evaluators of the curriculum, managers, and learning outcomes.
