Evaluasi Kinerja Guru PJOK SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Diwek Dengan Model CIPP Pada Era Pandemi Covid
Evaluation of the Performance of PJOK Teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Sub Districts is Carried Out with the CIPP Model in the Pandemic Era
Pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan guru sedikit mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan program pembelajaran. Dampak tersebut diantaranya adanya kesulitan berkomunikasi antara guru dengan siswa sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tidak dapat tercapai dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru PJOK SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Diwek pada era pandemi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Jenis penelitian survei dengan kategori kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada guru PJOK secara online melalui google form. Sampel berjumlah 31 responden yang merupakan guru PJOK SD Negeri yang melaksanakan pembelajaran daring pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan distribusi frekuensi. Variabel bebas adalah kinerja guru PJOK sedangkan variabel terikat adalah evaluasi model CIPP. Dari kedua variabel ingin mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru dengan evaluasi model CIPP. Evaluasi CIPP dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner yang sudah di validasi oleh ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penilaian kinerja guru yang masuk pada kategori “Sangat baik” sebanyak 7 responden (22,6%), kategori “Baik” sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%) dan kategori “Cukup” sebanyak 1 responden (3,2%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru PJOK dalam melaksanakan program pembelajaran masuk pada kategori baik sehingga diharapkan guru PJOK mampu mempertahankan kinerja dan keefektifan dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran

Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic caused teachers have little difficulty on implement a learning programs. These impacts include difficulty of communicated between teachers and students, so main goal of the program can’t be reached properly. The purpose of the study was to find out how PJOK teachers performed in public elementary schools in Diwek Subdistrict in the pandemic era using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, input, process, and product). Type of this study is survey research with quantitative non-experimental categories. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method with a questionnaire that is distributed to PJOK teachers of State Elementary Schools in Diwek Subistrict by google form. The samples was31 PJOK teachers in State Elementary School in Diwek Subdistric who carried out online learning program on two’s semesters in 2022. Data analysis with descriptive frequency distribution. The free variable is the performance of the PJOK teacher while the bound variable is the evaluation of the CIPP model. CIPP evaluation was done by distribute questionnaire who has done validation by expert judgement. The results showed that in the assessment of teacher performance who were included in the "Excellent" category as many as 7 respondents (22.6%), the "Good" category as many as 23 respondents (74.2%) and the "Enough" category as many as 1 respondent (3.2%). It can be concluded that the performance of PJOK teachers in implementing learning programs was included in the good category so that PJOK teachers expected can maintenance their performance and effectiveness to provide a learning materials.
