Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui kursus aneka suvenir merupakan upaya membangun daya dengan mendorong, memotivasi, dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui kursus aneka suvenir di PKBM Insan Mulia Desa Kedawong Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang, (2) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor pendukungnya, dan (3) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor penghambatnya.
Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian di PKBM Insan Mulia Desa Kedawong Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji dependabilitas, uji konfirmabilitas, uji transferabilitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui kursus aneka suvenir memberikan dampak positif bagi warga belajar karena menjadikan warga belajar memiliki bekal sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan guna meraup pendapatan. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah semangat warga belajar dan aspirasi warga belajar selalu diwujudkan oleh pihak lembaga. (3) Faktor penghambat dalam penelitian ini adalah warga belajar belum mampu melakukan manajemen administrasi dan warga belajar terlalu menyukai jenis keterampilan tertentu sehingga enggan beralih pada jenis keterampilan lain.

Community economic empowerment through various souvenir courses is an effort to build power by encouraging, motivating, and raising awareness of the potential attitudes, knowledge and skills possessed by the community to improve welfare. This study aims to (1) describe and analyze the implementation of community economic empowerment through various souvenir courses at PKBM Insan Mulia, Kedawong Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency, (2) describe and analyze the supporting factors, and (3) describe and analyze the inhibiting factors.
This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research site is PKBM Insan Mulia, Kedawong Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, observation, and study documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the data validation technique uses the credibility test, the dependability test, the confirmability test, the transferability test.
The results showed that (1) the implementation of community economic empowerment through various souvenir courses had a positive impact on learning citizens because it made citizens learn to have the attitude, knowledge and skills to reap income. (2) Supporting factors in this study are the enthusiasm of learning citizens and the aspirations of learning citizens are always realized by the institution. (3) The inhibiting factor in this study is that learning citizens have not been able to carry out administrative management and learning people are too fond of certain types of skills so they are reluctant to switch to other types of skills.
