PENERAPAN ”MICROSOFT SWAY“ UNTUK KETERAMPILAN MENULIS DESKRIPSI BAHASA JERMAN KELAS XI SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO

APPLICATION OF  ”MICROSOFT SWAY“ FOR GERMAN DESCRIPTION WRITING SKILLS CLASS XI SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO

Berdasarkan data awal yang diperoleh di kelas XI IPA 2, diperoleh bahwa pemahaman keterampilan menulis bahasa Jerman lebih baik saat menggunakan media pembelajaran yang variatif dan inovatif daripada menggunakan buku Deutsch ist einfach 2. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media yang variatif dan inovatif serta berbasis teknologi untuk pembelajaran. Salah satu media yang tepat untuk digunakan adalah Microsoft Sway. Microsoft Sway dapat membantu peserta didik dalam latihan menulis dan dapat diakses dimana saja.. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ”Bagaimana respons peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo terhadap penerapan Microsoft Sway sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Jerman ?” dan ”Bagaimana hasil belajar menulis deskripsi bahasa Jerman dengan menggunakan Microsoft Sway kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo ?”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan respons dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo tentang penerapan Microsoft Sway untuk keterampilan menulis deskripsi bahasa Jerman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil observasi, angket dan tes keterampilan menulis bahasa Jerman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah respon peserta didik yang positif dalam penerapan media, karena lebih dari 50% peserta didik memilih setuju dan sangat setuju pada angket yang diberikan. Dan juga hasil observasi pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua mendapatkan predikat baik dan pertemuan ketiga mendapatkan predikat sangat baik. Hasil belajar peserta didik pada pertemuan kedua banyak yang nilainya diatas dan tetap daripada pertemuan pertama, sementara pertemuan ketiga nilai peserta didik banyak yang menurun daripada pertemuan kedua. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media Microsoft Sway dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif Bahasa Jerman terutama dalam penugasan membuat kalimat deskripsi untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo.

Based on preliminary data obtained in class XI IPA 2, it was found that the understanding of German writing skills is better when using varied and innovative learning media rather than using the book "Deutsch ist einfach 2".. Therefore, varied and innovative and technology-based media are needed for learning. One of the right media to use is Microsoft Sway. Microsoft Sway can help students in writing practice and can be accessed anywhere. The research questions of the problem in this study is "How is the response of students in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo to the application of Microsoft Sway as a medium for learning German language?" and "How are the results of learning to write German language descriptions using Microsoft Sway for class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo?". The aim of the study is to describe the responses and learning outcomes of class XI IPA 2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo regarding the application of Microsoft Sway for German description writing skills. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. The data used are the results of observations, questionnaires and tests of German writing skills. The results of this study were positive student responses in the application of media, because more than 50% of students chose to agree and strongly agree on the questionnaire given. And also the results of observations at the first and second meeting got a good predicate and the third meeting got a very good predicate. The learning outcomes of students at the second meeting had many scores above and remained the same as the first meeting, while at the third meeting the scores of students decreased much compared to the second meeting. The conclusion of this study, Microsoft Sway media can be used as an alternative German language learning medium, especially in assignments to make descriptive sentences for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo.
