PENGGUNAAN MEDIA RODA PUTAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL LAMBANG BILANGAN ANAK DENGAN SPEKTRUM AUTIS
THE USE OF THE ROTARY WHEEL MEDIA ON THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE THE NUMBERS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER
Anak dengan spektrum autis memiliki salah satu hambatan yakni dalam keterlambatan bidang kognitifnya. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan anak mengalami kesulitan dalambelajar matematika khususnya materi mengenal lambang bilangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penggunaan media roda putar terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak dengan spektrum autis.
Rancangan penelitian menggunakan one shot case study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 anak dengan spektrum autis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes. Rata-rata hasil intervensi 51,04 dan rata-rata hasil post-test 70,83 dengan pemberian intervensi sebanyak 3 kali. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, hasil post-test 70,83 lebih besar dari intervensi 51,04. Yang artinya ada pengaruh penggunaan media roda putar terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak dengan sektrum autis.

Children with autism spectrum have one obstacle namely the delay in their cognitive field. This can cause children to have difficulty in learning mathematics, especially material to recognize the symbol of numbers. This study aims to examine the use of the wheel media on the ability to recognize child number symbols with the autistic spectrum.
The study design uses one shot case study. The subjects in this study were 6 children with an autistic spectrum disorder. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The average intervention result was 51.04 and the average post-test result was 70.83 by administering the intervention 3 times. Conclusions from the results of the study, Howas rejected and Ha was accepted, the post-test results 70.83 were greater than the 51.04 intervention. This means that there is an influence of the use of the wheel media on the ability to recognize child number symbols with the autism spectrum disorder.
