Ekstrakurikuler drumband merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang disediakan oleh sekolah sebagai wadah dalam pengembangan potensi dan bakat minat dalam bermusik untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kondensasi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler drumband telah disusun secara matang, adapun manajemen ekstrakurikuler drumband meliputi perencanaan program kerja, keuangan dan sarana prasarana. Pengorganisasian ekstrakurikuler drumband meliputi pembagian tugas. Untuk evaluasi ekstrakurikuler drumband berupa nilai dan hasil evaluasi.
Extracurricular drumband is an activity provided by the school as a forum for developing potential and musical interest talents for students. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a case study research design. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used in this research is in the form of condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research resulted in the finding that drumband extracurricular planning had been prepared carefully, while drumband extracurricular planning included work program planning, financial planning and infrastructure planning. Then the organization of drumband extracurricular activities has proceeded in accordance with existing plans through the division of tasks that have been carefully arranged. Through the preparation of existing extracurricular management, the implementation of drumband extracurriculars can be carried out according to plan. For extracurricular evaluation, drumband produces good results in the form of grades and increases in students' mastery of musical instruments.
