REDESIGN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING OF TUMENGGUNGAN 1 LAMONGAN
Redesign merupakan desain ulang. Pembangunan yang tengah dilaksanakan tidak luput dari masalah kependudukan yaitu masalah yang bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif, masalah tersebut diantaranya kendala penyediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang tersebar di wilayah Indonesia. SD Negeri Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan sangat minim kualitas sarana dan prasarananya jika dibandingkan dengan sekolah lainnya. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk menata ulang suatu bangunan gedung SD Negeri Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan sehingga terjadi perubahan fisik tanpa merubah fungsinya, sesuai ketentuan standar sarana dan prasarana bangunan pendidikan. Hasil redesain mengenai gedung SD Negeri Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan ini memiliki 2 lantai dengan akses penghubung antar lantai menggunakan tangga. Gedung ini memiliki fasilitas jamban dengan jumlah 12 jamban setiap lantainya, terdapat 18 ruang kelas yang berukuran 6x5 meter dengan kapasitas maksimum 28 peserta didik setiap kelas. Pada lantai 1 terdapat 1 ruang guru, 1 ruang pimpinan, 1 ruang tata usaha, 1 koperasi, 1 gudang dan 1 kantin. Pada lantai 2 terdapat 2 laboratorium dan 1 ruang perpustakaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan preliminary design struktur gedung ini memiliki dimesi kolom 40 cm/50 cm, dimensi balok induk memanjang 25 cm/50 cm, dimensi balok induk melintang 25 cm/50 cm, dimensi balok anak memanjang 20 cm/40 cm, tebal pelat lantai 12 cm, dimensi sloof dilantai dasar 20 cm/40 cm dan untuk rencana atap menggunakan struktur baja.

Redesign can be interpreted as a redesign. The development that is being carried out is not free from population problems, which are qualitative and quantitative problems, including problems in the provision of school facilities and infrastructure that are spread throughout Indonesia. Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan State Elementary School has very little quality of facilities and infrastructure compared to other schools. The purpose of this study is to restructure a building in Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan State Elementary School so that physical changes occur without changing its function, so that it meets the standard provisions for educational facilities and infrastructure. The results of the redesign of the Tumenggungan 1 Lamongan State Elementary School building have a two floors with connecting access between floors. This building has 12 toilets for each floor, with 18 classrooms measuring about 6x5 meters with a maximum capacity of 28 students for each class. On the first floor there is 1 theacher room, 1 leadership room, 1 administration room, 1 cooperative, 1 warehouse and 1 canteen. On the second floor there are 2 laboratories and 1 library room. Based on calculation of preliminary design structure this building has a reinforced concrete column dimensions is 40 cm/50 cm, the dimensions of the main beam lengthwise is 25 cm/50 cm, the dimensions of the main beam transversely is 25 cm/50 cm, the dimensions of the simple beam lengthwise is 20 cm/40 cm, the thickness of the flat floor is 12 cm, the dimensions of the sloof on the ground floor is 20 cm/40 cm and for the roof plan using steel structure.
