Abstract
The
research is research on the development of worksheet based on 7E Learning Cycle (Elicit, Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate, dan Extend) which is used to train valid
and practical process skills. Worksheet is a supporting media in facilitating
learning activities that contain information, questions, instructions and
guidelines in carrying out observation. This research was conducted using the
4D development model (Define, Design,
Develop, and Diseminate), without the disseminate
stage. The validity of worksheet is obtained from the results of expert
validation, namely education experts and material experts. The practicality of
the worksheet is also seen one teacher as a practitioner and the response of
ten students of class X SMAN 1 Waru in the form of filling out a response sheet.
The data analysis technique was done using quantitative descriptions. Based on
the results of the research shows that the validity of the worksheet is known
score of each companent includes the content of 3,5%, the presentation of
3,75%, the language of 3,6%, the suitability of the 7E Learning Cycle model of 3,57% and compatibility with process skills
of 3,64% so that worksheet is declared a very valid category by obtaining an
overall average percentage of 3,62%. Worksheet also shows a very practical
category by obtaining an average percentage of positive answer from teacher
responses and respectively from each aspect including presentation of 100% and
95%, content of 100% and 85,71%, language of 100% and 100%, the suitability of Learning Cycle 7E with process akills is
100% and 98,57% so that the average percentage of all positive answes is 100%
and 94,82%. Thus, it can be concluded that worksheet based on Learning Cycle 7E, the function material
for practicing process skills is declared valid and practical for use in the
learning process.
