THE INFLUENCE OF EVERYONE IS TEACHER HERE LEARNING STRATEGY ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF HISTORY OF STUDENTS IN CLASS XI SMA LABSCHOOL UNESA 1 

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kurang aktifnya peserta didik dan kesan peserta didik pembelajaran sejarah adalah mata pelajaran yang menekankan pada hafalan (kognitif) dan hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. Padahal di Kurikulum 2013 terdapat tiga ranah kompetensi yang harus muncul, yaitu kompetensi afektif, psikomotorik, dan kognitif. Dari permasalahan tersebut, guru memperlukan metode pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Salah satu solusi yang di duga dapat mengatasi masalah di atas adalah strategi pembelajaran aktif everyone is a teacher here. Strategi pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here merupakan penerapan dari strategi pembelajaran konstruktivis yang menjadikan pesrta didik sebagai subjek pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan sebarapa besar pengaruh metode pembelajaran everyone is a teacher here terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Labschool UNESA 1. Penelitian  ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pre-Experimental Design yang dirancang dengan metode eksperimen one-shot case study. .Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sedarhana yaitu Y = 32,065 + 0,658. Untuk menguji hubungan cariabel X terhadap Y, maka dilakukan uji korelasi product moment yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil hipotesis dua pihak lalu membanfingan dengan Rhitung bertanda (+) dan berada pada daerah penerimaan Ha, di mana pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh antara variable X dengan variable Y. Besaran pengaruh dalam penelitian ini dapat di lihat pada RSquare pada table model summary dengan nilai sebesar 0,523 atau dalam presentase 52%.  Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan metode everyone is a teacher here berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas SMA Labschool UNESA 1 dengan nilai sebesar 52% berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada ranah afektif, psikomotorik, dan kognitif.

This study aims to analyze the influence and how much influence the everyone is a teacher here learning method has on the learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA Labschool UNESA 1. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental Design research design designed with the one-shot case experimental method. study. .Meanwhile, data analysis used simple linear regression, namely Y = 32.065 + 0.658. To test the relationship of cariable X to Y, a product moment correlation test is carried out which aims to get the results of the two-party hypothesis and then compares with Rcount marked (+) and is in the acceptance area of Ha, where in this study there is an influence between variable X and variable Y The amount of influence in this study can be seen in RSquare in the model summary table with a value of 0.523 or a percentage of 52%. Thus it can be concluded that using the everyone is a teacher here method has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in SMA Labschool UNESA 1 class with a value of 52% affecting learning outcomes in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains.
