PERANCANGAN BUKU KATALOG JAJANAN TRADISIONAL JAWA TIMUR
BOOK DESIGN CATALOG TRADITIONAL SNACKS EAST JAVA
Buku katalog bertujuan sebagai informasi mengenai jajanan tradisional Jawa Timur. Jajanan tradisional khas Jawa Timur sangat beragam, namun masih banyak yang belum mengetahui. Bahkan saat ini semakin banyak jajanan dengan varian baru yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat dan dijual dengan harga cukup mahal. Melalui buku katalog ini diharapkan dapat mengenalkan jajanan khas Jawa Timur kepada masyarakat, terutama kalangan anak muda. Rumusan masalah dalam perancangan karya tugas akhir ini adalah bagaimana konsep dan proses perancangan buku katalog jajanan tradisional Jawa Timur. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi jajanan tradisional JawaTimur dan dokumentasi dari data sekunder berupa ragam makanan khas Jawa Timur. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan 5 W 1 H. Hasil perancangan ini berupa buku katalog jajanan tradisional Jawa Timur yeng terdiri dari 10 jenis, yaitu (1) Lemet (2) Utri (3) Arem-Arem (4) Tetel (5) Ote-Ote (6) Serawut (7) Iwel-Iwel (8) Klepon (9) Klepon (10) Getuk Pisang dan seterusnya

The purpose of the catalog book is to provide information about traditional East Javanese snacks. East Java's traditional snacks are very diverse, but many still don't know. Even today, more and more snacks with new variants are produced by the community and sold at quite expensive prices. Through this catalog book, it is hoped that it will introduce the typical snacks of East Java to the public, especially young people. The formulation of the problem in the design of this final project is how the concept and process of designing a catalog book for traditional snacks in East Java is. This design uses a qualitative method, with data collection methods through observation of traditional East Javanese snacks and documentation of secondary data in the form of a variety of East Java specialties. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using 5 W 1 H. The results of this design are in the form of a catalog of traditional East Javanese snacks consisting of 10 types, namely (1) Lemet (2) Utri (3) Arem-Arem (4) Tetel (5) Ote-Ote (6) Serawut (7) Iwel-Iwel (8) Klepon (9) Klepon (10) Getuk Pisang etc.
