Tunagrahita dengan hambatan intelektual termasuk dalam kelompok rentan bencana yang kurang keterlibatannya dalam pengurangan risiko bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menghasilkan produk berupa video panduan pengurangan risiko bencana gempa bumi berbasis android bagi siswa tunagrahita SMALB, (2) menganalisis hasil uji kelayakan produk, dan (3) menganalisis hasil uji kepraktisan produk secara daring.
Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE oleh Branch (2009) yang meliputi Analisa (Analysis), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli isi dan ahli media. Uji coba produk dilakukan oleh 1 orang guru SMALB dan 8 orang siswa tunagrahita SMALB untuk menguji kepraktisan produk.
Hasil validasi isi mencapai skor 85% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak. Hasil validasi media mencapai skor 84% dengan kualifikasi layak. Uji coba produk oleh Guru SMALB mencapai skor 89% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak dan tanpa revisi. Uji coba produk oleh 8 orang siswa SMALB memperoleh persentase rata-rata 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak sehingga produk tidak perlu revisi. Disimpulkan bahwa produk video panduan sangat layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran pengurangan risiko bencana gempa bumi bagi siswa tunagrahita SMALB berbasis android.

Intellectual disabilities are included in disaster-prone groups who are less involved in disaster risk reduction. This study aims (1) to produce a product in the form of the android based guidance video of earthquake disaster risk reduction for students with intellectual disabilities at special senior high school, (2) to analyze the validity test result of the product, and (3) to analyze the practicality test result of the product by online.
This study adapted the ADDIE model of research and development by Branch (2009), which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation was conducted by content experts and media experts. Product testing was conducted by 1 teacher and 8 high school students to test the practicality of the product.
Content validation reached 85% with very valid qualifications. Media validation reached 84% with valid qualifications. The product trial by the teacher reached 89% with very valid qualifications. Product trials by 8 high school students obtained an average percentage of 90% with very valid qualifications. It was concluded that the product android based guidance video was very valid and practical to use as a learning medium for earthquake disaster risk reduction for students with intellectual disabilities at senior high school.
