DISABILITIES AT SLB C AKW II SURABAYA
Pembelajaran vokasional dengan metode project based learning
bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan potensi yang
dapat menunjang kesejahteraan hidup siswa disabilitas setelah lulus
dari sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh
model project based learning bermedia video tutorial terhadap
peningkatan keterampilan vokasional tata boga bagi siswa disabilitas
intelektual di SLB-C AKW II Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif pra eksperimen dengan one grup pretest posttest
design. Subyek dalam penelitian berjumlah sepuluh siswa disabilitas
intelektual. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes tertulis dan tes
unjuk kerja melalui uji wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS v 29. Perbedaan
tersebut dapat dilihat melalui nilai rata-rata pretest dan nilai rata-rata
posttest. Pada nilai rata-rata pretest siswa disabilitas intelektual
mendapatkan nilai 63,6 dan setelah diterapkan model project based
learning bermedia video tutorial nilai rata-rata posttets menjadi 77,9.
Selanjutnya, dengan pengujian data melalui uji Wilcoxon
menggunakan SPSS v 29 diperoleh niai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,005 <
0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan vokasional tata boga
bagi siswa disabilitas intelektual di SLB C AKW II Surabaya
mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan model project based
learning bermedia video tutorial.
Implikasi penelitian pengaruh model project basede learning
bermedia video tutorial dalam meningkatkan keterampilan,
kemandirian dan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah.

Vocational learning with project based learning method is useful
for increasing independence and potential that can support the
welfare of students with disabilities after graduating from school. The
purpose of this study was to prove the effect of the project based
learning model using video tutorial media on improving vocational
culinary skills for students with intellectual disabilities at SLB-C AKW
II Surabaya. The project used a quantitative pre-experimental
approach with one group pretest and posttest design. The subjects in
the study were ten students with intellectual disabilities. Data
collection techniques were in the form of written tests and
performance tests through the Wilcoxon test using SPSS v 29. The
difference can be seen through the average pretest score and the
average posttest score. In the average pretest score, students with
intellectual disabilities got a score of 63.6 and after the project based
learning model using video tutorial media was applied, the average
posttest score became 77.9. Furthermore, by testing the data through
the Wilcoxon test using SPSS v 29, the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value was
obtained 0.005 <0.05. This shows that the vocational skills of culinary
arts for students with intellectual disabilities at SLB C AKW II
Surabaya have increased after the implementation of the project-based
learning model using video tutorial media. Implications of the
research on the influence of the project-based learning model using
video tutorial media in improving skills, independence and quality of
learning in schools.
