Digitalization, technology, and information are among the significant developments of the present era. One of the manifestations of this progress is the growing community engagement on social media, particularly in the sector of digital da'wah. This study aims to identify the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) elements in the production of religious educational content (cyber religion) to achieve optimal content quality, as well as to explore the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of TQM within religious content
production.
This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews and documentation techniques. The data related to the implementation of Total Quality Management in
achieving the quality of educational content presentation were analyzed using TQM theory.
The results of this study conclude that Progresif TV has implemented the main elements of Total Quality Management, namely first, increasing audience satisfaction by strengthening human resource
and infrastructure; second, providing flexibility for audiences to express dissatisfaction through direct messages; third, an obsession with content quality by presenting da'wah content that is easily accepted by the public; fourth, achieving the vision and mission by maintaining consistency in
delivering religious educational content; fifth, maintaining long-term commitment, with Progresif TV striving to become a media platform favored by the public through the presentation of high-quality content. Lastly, continuous improvement is implemented, with Progresif TV applying a structured and scheduled production process involving pre-production, production, and post-production cycles.
