Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan Modul Stop Pesan Sensi (Stop Perundungan, Kekerasan Seksual, dan Intoleransi) sebagai upaya meminimalisir perilaku bullying di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I-VI di SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya yang teridentifikasi sebagai korban bullying. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, obsevasi, angket, serta validasi ahli materi dan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Modul Stop Pesan Sensi dinyatakan sangat valid (skor 87,5%) berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan valid (skor 73,3%) menurut ahli media. Modul juga terbukti sangat praktis dengan 90% lebih responden menyatakan kemudahan penggunaan, kemenarikan, dan relevansi konten. Selain itu, modul terbukti efektif, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan signifikan skor pemahaman siswa dari rata- rata pretest 10,47 menjadi posttest 13,58 (N-Gain = 0,71: kategori tinggi), serta perubahan perilaku nyata seperti peningkatan empati, keberanian melapor, dan penurunan insiden bullying verbal. Dengan demikian, Modul Stop Pesan Sensi layak diadopsi sebagai media edukasi preventif dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan berpihak pada anak.

The research aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of the Stop Pesan Sensi Module (Stop Bullying, Sexual Violence, and Intolerance) to minimize bullying behavior in elementary schools. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects were students in grades I-VI at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya identified as bullying victims. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and expert validation,. The results showed that the Stop Pesan Sensi Module was rated very valid (87,5%) by content experts and valid (73,3%) by media experts. The module was also found to be highly practical, with over 90% of students reporting ease of use, relevance, and engagement. Furthermore, the module proved effective, as evidenced by a significant increase in students understanding average pretest score 0f 10,47 rose to 13,58 in the posttest, yielding a normalized gain (N-Gain) of 0,71 (high category). Behavioral changes were also abserved, including increased empathy, courage to report incidents, and a decline in verbal bullying. Thus, the Stop Pesan Sensi Module is a feasible, practical, and effective educational tool for fostering a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly school environment.
