PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA NUMERIC STICK
DALAM MENSTIMULASI KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL LAMBANG BILANGAN 1-20 ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Anak usia dini merupakan masa keemasan (the golden age), namun sekaligus periode yang sangat kritis dalam tahap perkembangan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis desain pengembangan media numeric stick, keefektifan media numeric stick, serta respon anak dalam penggunaan media numeric stick. Pengembangan media numeric stick dirancang berdasarkan prinsip media pembelajaran PAUD yang menyenangkan dan menarik.
Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan langkah-langkah prosedur penelitian dari Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain uji coba one group pretest posttest. Uji coba dilakukan pada 2 lembaga yaitu pada TK Islam Terpadu Nada Ashobah dan TK Cempaka dengan jumlah subjek uji coba 37 anak .
Hasil uji validasi produk dengan ahli materi dan ahli media, diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata 84% dari ahli materi dan nilai rata-rata 90% dari ahli media. Data uji normalitas menggunakan uji kolmogorov smirnov spss 16. Hasil dari uji normalitas kolmogorov smirnov diperoleh data berdistribusi tidak normal sehingga dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. TK Islam Terpadu Nada Ashobah setelah dihitung menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperoleh data 𝑇h𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 < 𝑇𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 (0<81).TK Cempaka 𝑇h𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 < 𝑇𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 (0<17). Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa media numeric stick dapat menstimulasi kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan 1-20 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Respon anak terhadap media numeric stick yaitu anak sangat senang, anak sangat antusias dalam menggunakan media numeric stick, anak juga lebih aktif dan interaktif serta anak tertib saat bermain dengan media numeric stick, karena penggunaan media numeric stick masih jarang digunakan di lembaga TK.

Early childhood is the golden age, somehow at the same time a very critical period in the stage of human development also happened. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the design of the development of numeric stick media, the effectiveness of numeric stick media, and the children's response related with the use of numeric stick media. The development of numeric stick media is designed based on the principles of fun and interesting PAUD (Early Childhood Education) learning media.
The research method uses a type of Research and Development research. The research procedure uses the procedure steps from Borg and Gall. This study uses a trial design of one group pretest posttest. The trial was conducted at 2 institutions at Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Nada Ashobah and TK Cempaka with 37 children tested.
The results of product validation tests with material experts and media experts, the results obtained an average value of 84% of material experts and an average value of 90% of media experts. The normality test data uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov SPSS 16 test. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test obtained abnormal distribution data so that it was continued using the Wilcoxon test. Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Ashobah's after being calculated using the Wilcoxon test obtained data got Tcount <𝑇table (0 <81). TK Cempaka got 𝑇count <𝑇table (0 <17). It can be concluded that numeric stick media can stimulate the ability to recognize the symbol number 1-20 children aged 5-6 years. Children's response to numeric stick media showed that they are very happy, children are very enthusiastic in using numeric stick media, children are also more active and interactive and children are orderly when playing with numeric stick media, because the use of numeric stick media is still rarely used in kindergarten institutions.
