Development of Website-Based Student Portfolio Assessment Information System (SIPPS) to Determine the Competency Level of Students at SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik
Pada era globalisasi perkembangan teknologi informasi dibidang TIK (teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi) berkembang sangat cepat salah satunya yakni teknologi website, berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan dimana terjadi permasalahan mengenai penilaian yang masih menggunakan cara manual dan konvensional dalam menilai kompetensi siswa,oleh karena itu peneliti memberikan solusi sebuah sistem informasi penilaian portofolio berbasis website yang diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dalam melakukan penilaian kepada peserta didik untuk monitoring kompetensi siswa dalam mencapai standar kompetensi. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus disekolah yakni SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik dengan subjek penelitian yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas XI Multimedia khususnya pada mata pelajaran Teknik Animasi 2D dan 3D. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model DevOps dan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut mendapat respon berdasarkan kuesioner siswa sebanyak 87% siswa dari total 60 siswa yang menilai sistem sangat baik. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisa data kepuasan dan kualitas media sistem informasi penilaian portofolio mendapat respon positif dengan persentase 87% maka dengan begitu dikategorikan sangat puas. Sedangkan uji validitas angket respon siswa mendapat persentase 85% dengan kategori sangat baik. Serta uji validitas angket respon guru mendapat persentase 86% dengan kategori sangat valid. Yang menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi penilaian portofolio siswa cocok dan layak diterapkan sebagai media penilaian. Serta guru dapat mengukur atau menilai sejauh mana tingkat kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa guna mempermudah monitoring dan dapat dijadikan pedoman penilaian rapor online.
In the era of globalization, the development of information technology in the field of ICT (technology, information, and communication) is developing very rapidly, one of which is technology website, based on field observations where there are problems regarding assessments that still use manual and conventional methods in assessing student competence, therefore researchers provide a solution to a-based portfolio assessment information system website which is expected to assist educators in assessing students for monitoring student competencies in achieving competency standards. This study took a case study at school, namely SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik, with the subject of research conducted on class XI Multimedia students, especially in 2D and 3D animation engineering subjects. In this study using a system development method using the DevOps model and quantitative research methods. From the results of this study, responses were obtained based on student questionnaires as many as 87% of the total 60 students rated the system as very good. So it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of the satisfaction data and media quality, the portfolio assessment information system received a positive response with a percentage of 87% so that it was categorized as very satisfied. Meanwhile, the student response questionnaire validity test got a percentage of 85% in the very good category. As well as the validity test of the teacher response questionnaire got a percentage of 86% with a very valid category. Which concluded that the student portfolio assessment information system is suitable and feasible to be applied as an assessment medium. As well as teachers can measure or assess the extent to which the level of competence possessed by students in order to facilitate monitoring and can be used as a guide for assessing online report cards.
