Pengaruh Self-Efficacy Terhadap Pemecahan Masalah Ekonomi Siswa Dimediasi Metakognitif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy siswa terhadap pemecahan masalah siswa terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi dimediasi metakognitif. Pengukuran kemampuan metakognitif menggunakan the metacognitive assesment inventory (MAI) yang mengukur pengetahuan metakognitif dan regulasi metakognitif.  Pengukuran kemampuan pemecahan masalah ekonomi siswa menggunakan tes soal materi ekonomi. Pengukuran self efficacy mencangkup magnitude, strength, dan generality. 

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya dengan menggunakan populasi sebanyak 143 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes soal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan analisis SEM dengan pendekatan WarpPLS.

Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh self efficacy berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kemampuan metakognitif siswa sebesar 0.624 dengan p <0.001. dan Hasil analisis tentang pengaruh metakognitif terhadap pemecahan masalah ekonomi sebesar 0.336 dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya yaitu dari self efficacy melalui mediasi metakognitif lalu ke pemecahan masalah ekonomi yaitu 0.209. maka total pengaruh pengaruh self efficacy terhadap pemecahan masalah ekonomi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung adalah x 100% = 15,6% .

This study aims to determine the effect of student self 

efficacy on student problem solving on economic subjects 

mediated by metacognition. Measurement of metacognitive 

abilities using the metacognitive assessment inventory (MAI) 

which measures metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive 

regulation. Measurement of students' economic problem 

solving skills using economic material tests. Self efficacy 

measurement includes magnitude, strength, and generality.

used in this study was SEM analysis with the WarpPLS 

approach.

Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate 

that the effect of self efficacy has a very significant effect on 

students' metacognitive abilities of 0.624 with p < 0.001. and 

the results of the analysis of the effect of metacognition on 

economic problem solving are 0.336 and the indirect effect is 

from self efficacy through metacognitive mediation then to 

economic problem solving which is 0.209. then the total effect of the effect of self efficacy on economic problem solving 

directly or indirectly is 15,6%
