Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis literasi sains pada materi fungi kelas X SMA. Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik yang dikembangkan menggunakan model 4-D, yaitu tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Dessiminate. Namun dalam penelitian ini tahap Dessiminate tidak dilakukan. Kegiatan pengembangan LKPD berbasis literasi sains dilaksanakan di kampus Jurusan Biologi FMIPA UNESA pada bulan September s/d Februari 2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 16 siswa kelas X MIPA 2 di SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa validitas LKPD yang telah ditelaah oleh dua dosen dan satu guru biologi memperoleh nilai sebesar 3,72 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan LKPD memperoleh nlai sebesar 87,8% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan ditinjau dari respon siswa, ketercapaian indikator, dan hasil belajar siswa dengan presentase 98,47%, 84%, dan 84,75% dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti masuk dalam kategori valid, praktis dan efektif.

This study aims to produce the validity, practicality and effectiveness of Student Literacy Worksheet based on scientific literacy in fungy topic to high school grade X. Student Worksheets developed using a 4-D model, namely the Define, Design, Develop and Dessiminate stage. However, in this study the Dessiminate stage was not carried out. Worksheet science literacy-based development activities were carried out on the Biology Department campus of FMIPA UNESA in September to February 2019. The subjects of this study were 16 students of class X MIPA 2 at SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto. Result were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the validity of the worksheet which has been reviewed by two lecturers and one biology teacher has a score of 3.72 with a very valid category. Practicality in terms of the implementation of the worksheet obtained a value of 87.8% with a very practical category. Effectiveness in terms of student response, indicator achievement and student learning outcomes with percentages of 98.47%, 84%, and 84.75% thus it can be concluded that the worksheet developed by researchers falls into the category of valid, practical and effective.
