PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU DI YAYASAN IHYAUL ULUM

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan komitmen terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan merode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden guru di Yayasan Ihyaul Ulum Gresik, dengan teknik pengambilan penelitian populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni dengan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Penelitian ini memberikan hasil dari uji t kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap OCB, dan komitmen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap OCB. Dalam uji F variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Nilai R Square pada penelitian ini adalah 41%, sehingga sebanyak 59% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diperiksa.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and commitment on teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research used a quantitative research method with a sample size of 93 teacher respondents at the Ihyaul Ulum Gresik Foundation, using population research techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
This research provides results from tests that job satisfaction has a significant influence on OCB, motivation has a significant influence on OCB, and commitment has a significant influence on OCB. In the F test, the variables of job satisfaction, motivation and commitment simultaneously or together influence OCB. The R Square value in this study was 41%, so as much as 59% was caused by other factors that were not examined.
