Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya sekolah terhadap sikap disiplin siswa SMPN di Kecamatan Karang Pilang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode assosiatif , terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu budaya sekolah (X) dan sikap disiplin siswa (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua sekolah se-Kecamatan Karang Pilang yaitu SMPN 16 Surabaya dan SMPN 24 Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah sebanyak 252 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pertama data primer berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert, dan data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan linieritas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis uji T dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 20.
Hasil analisis dari pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya sekolah dan sikap disiplin siswa sebesar 13,6% . indikator yang mempengaruhi dari aspek budaya sekolah yakni budaya kepercayaan sedangkan dari aspek sikap disiplin siswa yaitu disiplin menegakkan aturan.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between school culture on the disciplinary attitudes of SMPN students in Karang Pilang District, Surabaya. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between school culture on the disciplinary attitudes of SMPN students in Karang Pilang District, Surabaya. School culture is something that is based on attitudes, values, norms, behavior, and expectations. If this has been formed, then behavior and expectations tend to be stable and have an influence on the character value of discipline. Discipline is very important for the development of a school, especially for students to be able to discipline themselves in carrying out certain tasks or activities. Besides that discipline must also be applied by the teacher in educating and cultivating certain norms in the school so that this can be exemplified to students.
This study uses a quantitative approach with associative methods, consisting of two variables, namely school culture (X) and student discipline (Y). This research was conducted in two schools in Karang Pilang Subdistrict, namely 16th Junior High School in Surabaya and 24th Public Junior High School in Surabaya. The sample in this study were class VIII, totaling 252 students.
The results of the analysis of data processing in this study there is a significant influence between school culture and student discipline attitudes of 13.6%. indicators that affect the aspect of school culture are the culture of trust while the aspect of student discipline is the discipline of enforce rules
