Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program budaya positif dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pengembangan sikap disiplin siswa di SDN Trosono 1, Kecamatan Parang, Kabupaten Magetan. Budaya positif yang diimplementasikan meliputi tiga komponen utama, yaitu apel pagi, kesepakatan kelas, dan restitusi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan partisipan terdiri dari 12 siswa perwakilan kelas I-VI dan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi budaya positif berjalan efektif. Apel pagi meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam hal kehadiran (83% siswa skor baik-sangat baik), ketepatan waktu (83%), dan partisipasi aktif (83%). Kesepakatan kelas berhasil meningkatkan kepatuhan siswa terhadap aturan (82% siswa skor baik-sangat baik). Restitusi efektif dalam menumbuhkan tanggung jawab (62%) dan pengendalian diri (69%). Temuan ini relevan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa ketiga komponen budaya positif tersebut berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program budaya positif dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung perkembangan holistik siswa. Saran yang diajukan antara lain pelatihan guru, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, serta penelitian lanjutan untuk mengukur dampak jangka panjang.

This study aims to describe the implementation of a positive culture program and analyze its impact on the development of students' disciplinary attitudes at SDN Trosono 1, Parang District, Magetan Regency. The implemented positive culture comprises three main components: morning assembly, class agreements, and restitution. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with participants consisting of 12 students representing grades I-VI and classroom teachers. The results show that the implementation of the positive culture was effective. Morning assembly improved discipline in terms of attendance (83% of students scored good-excellent), punctuality (83%), and active participation (83%). Class agreements successfully increased students' adherence to rules (82% of students scored good-excellent). Restitution was effective in fostering responsibility (62%) and self-control (69%). These findings are relevant to previous research stating that these three components of positive culture significantly contribute to shaping students' disciplined character. This study concludes that the positive culture program can create a conducive learning environment and support the holistic development of students. The suggestions include teacher training, collaboration with parents, and further research to measure the long-term impact.
