performance is useful for assessing student work after completing the
Introduction to School Field (PLP) in accordance with their role as students
who carry out their responsibilities at school. PLP performance of accounting
education students class of 2019 FEB Surabaya State University can be better if
supported by good pedagogical competence, professional competence, and
microteaching. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
pedagogical competence, professional competence, and microteaching on the
performance of PLP accounting education students class of 2019 FEB Surabaya
State University both simultaneously and partially. This research is included
in causal conclusive research using a quantitative data analysis approach. The
sampling technique used saturated sampling technique, namely all accounting
education students in 2019 FEB Surabaya State University, totalling 56
students. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique
using secondary data sources obtained from student value data. Data analysis
techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression
tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed: (1) pedagogic competence,
professional competence, and microteaching simultaneously have a positive
effect on PLP performance; (2) pedagogic competence partially has a positive
effect on PLP performance; (3) professional competence partially has a positive
effect on PLP performance; (4) microteaching partially has a positive effect on
PLP performance.
